How long did it take you to find our groove again9 AnswersMartial Arts1 decade ago
Okay so I had it a week a week ago and the pain is almost gone but the swellings still there. I can also only bend my knee a little past 90 degrees. I was wondering for anyone that has had it how long till the swelling was down and you had full range of motion???3 AnswersInjuries1 decade ago
And they are doing an arthroscopic surgury to partially remove it. Im wondering about how long till Im able to do Judo and wrestle as well as jog at a light-mid pace. BTW Im 16 and always been a pretty fast healer so im wondering whats about the minimum to average amt of time

Okay so today me and the capt. of the varsity squad are currently injured so we couldnt wrestle. So our coach tells us to take the JV guys through conditioning, drills, then some live wrestling. It's my first year wrestling but, Ive done Judo for abou 3 years and work like crazy every day to build up my conditioning and skill set so ill be on par and as a result so far this year I have a 10-5 record. But this JV guy whos nominatedd himself for "Capt. of the JV Squad" decides he doesnt have to listen to me or the varsity capt. W tell him to run sairs he walks up them and slides down the railing. So I think fine not my prob. he mouths off every time one of us says something to him. Then during live wrestling he goes to run legs and ends up hiting the other guys nuts. I can see how thats an honest mistake so I let it go until he pushes the kid while hes down and calls him a Pus--. He then says he needs a step up in comp. when he cant even win a wrestle off. Im wondering what you think I should do about the situation.
Im wondring if my conditioning will suffer and if so how long till im back where I was if I do the same routine.

with 1/8 cup of sugar free syrup. This is during the dieing phase.
Ive done wrestling and Judo for about 2 years and Im comfortable with my gi takedowns for a BJJ tournament but Im thinking of entering the no-gi division as well. What wrestling takedowns should I use and which ones should I avoid. And for my hot should I use it like I do in wrestling or keep my head on the inside all the time to avoid the gullotine.2 AnswersMartial Arts1 decade ago
It doesnt need to be permanent just for a BJJ tourny weigh ins. Im thinking about doing like I did for wrestling run like crazy, sweat a ton sleep of pouns repeat in the morning weigh in, with of course the spit etc. in b/w. Anyone know any better ways
