I really like the name Oliver but my family doesn't, I'm still thinking about it but want some other options.
I like names like Owen, Logan, Carter, Mason....I also like cool one syllable names like Finn. The middle name will probably be Adrian after my husband...last name starts with a B so a B name would be great, we love Benjamin but know way too many of them!

Hello! I put down a deposit for a Women's Flow Venus 2012 Snowboard.
It was really hyped up by everyone in the store as being the best value for my money but now that I am looking it up, it looks like more of a beginner board.
I'm nowhere near being advanced but I feel like I'm more intermediate. I've been boarding for 6 years but only get out 1-2 times a year. I don't do the park, I just like carving and freeriding. Sometimes I still crash...so maybe a beginner board is for me?
I just don't want to buy a board that isn't going to cut it for me, what do you think?? Any snowboard instructors out there??
Thx!2 AnswersSnowboarding9 years ago
All the evidence points to VACCINATED kids spreading disease, NOT unvaccinated. Other than mainstream news articles that blindly point the finger at some kid who went to Europe, there's no evidence that unvaccinated kids spread anything, but plenty of evidence that vaccinated kids shed their vaccine virus and infect others.
Also, we all know vaccines aren't 100% effective, so doesn't that make all vaccinated kids just as "risky" as unvaccinated? Every kid is potentially one where the vaccine didn't "take"....5 AnswersInfectious Diseases9 years ago
I'm looking for a great first dance wedding song, preferably from the 80's. I don't want something too common like Chicago - Inspiration, but something more like 'When I'm with you' by Sherriff.

This question may seem a little silly, but I am just wondering what is the proper way to combine foods and eat a Turkish breakfast?
I just arrived in Turkey yesterday and today for breakfast we were served: olives, tomatoes, cucumbers, goat cheese, bologna type meat slices, bread, butter, cream cheese spread and honey.
It was amazing but I want to eat it like the locals do. If there's any Turks out there, am I supposed to combine any specific foods? Like goat cheese and honey? What is the most common element spread on bread? What is the honey most commonly eaten with? Etc...

I noticed the name Henry is moving up on the charts in popularity and it's starting to grow on me too.
WDYT of the name? And do you think it's getting more popular because the actor Jonathan Rhys Meyers who plays King Henry on the Tudors is so hot? Also, the actor on the show - Henry Cavill is hot - that's his real name... just a thought...
Here's his pic in case you don't know who I'm talking about:12 AnswersBaby Names1 decade ago

The middle names are not up for debate since they are after family members but I would love to hear opinions and suggestions on the first names... thanks!7 AnswersBaby Names1 decade ago

I got my eyes lasered with Lasik about 5 years ago. I was 22 at the time and my eyes hadn't been stable for 2 years, but I got it anyways because I was going backpacking and didn't want to bring contacts.
Now, my vision has deteriorated a little bit and I need glasses for driving or other far away things. It's almost at -1. I also got stigmatism in one eye because of the way it healed.
The place where I got it has a life time guarantee so I am thinking about going back,
Has anyone got their eyes re-lasered after the first time? Is there more risk involved the second time?

How can anyone rationally think that injecting infants with weakened viruses developed in animal organs or chick embryos, phenol, gelatin, latex, aluminium formaldehyde, cow serum and aborted human cells (just to name a few vaccine ingredients) directly into our babies blood has no side effects and is doing no harm?3 AnswersInfectious Diseases1 decade ago

I took some meatballs and sauce out of the freezer last night and put them in the fridge to defrost.
I took them out of the fridge this morning to bring to lunch, but I left them on the counter.
They have been sitting out for 12 hours... are they okay to eat??
