  • Why was I charged a fee when my mortgage was sold?

My mortgage was recently sold and on the first statement from the new company I was charged $56 for an inspection fee. Is this legal? What kind of inspection would it be that I wasn't even aware it happened? I don't think I should have to pay for something that I did not agree to

  • Looking for a recipe for or similar to the chocolate cream in Dunkin Donuts Chocolate Kreme donuts.?

This is my all time favorite donut. The filling is similar to a buttercream frosting (and maybe that's all it is) but something seems a bit different. Anyone have any idea?

  • Name of raw beef appetizer?

About 5 years ago my husband and I honeymooned at Sandals Montego Bay in Jamaica. We ate at a restaurant one night that served a marinated raw beef appetizer and we can't remember the name of the appetizer. I believe the restaurant was Tokyo Joes. I have googled and only been able to come up with carpaccio which is an Italian dish and this was an asian restaurant. Anybody have any ideas?

  • looking for an historical romance book series?

I once read a historical novel that was part of a series. All of the female characters in the books went to a finishing school or etiquette school that was actually a disguise for triaining them as spys/detectives or something of the sort. I enjoyed it, returned it to the library, and promptly forgot the name, author and other details that might help me find the rest of the series. Can anyone help?

  • business name for handmade gifts and goods business?

My friend and I are wanting to starting a business making a variety of handmade gifts and goods such as diaper cakes and wreaths, fabric wreaths, decorative towels, etc. We originally came up with Handcrafted Occasions since the first things we thought of making were for special occasions (i.e. baby shower). However, we are now making items that are more seasonal and so the name just doesn't quite fit. Help!

  • Tattoo to represent my two sons?

I just had my second(and last)child. That makes 2 boys. I want to get a tattoo and somehow incorporate their initials. I am thinking of 2 Koi fish (I have always loved these and they are very symbolic). I would love some other suggestions though before I make a commitment.

  • Help getting my 3 yr old to go to bed?

My son used to go to bed quite easily. Lately though he comes up with excuse after excuse which my husband usually falls for (what if he really does have to be again?....or is finger does really hurt?) I just spent the last 45 minutes with a nearly hysterical child because I won't fall for any of his tricks. Any tips on getting past this?

  • Why does my Chevy big block engine tick when it is cold?

It only does it when the engine itself is cold not the actual temp outside. This may or may not be related but...oil just disappears..no leak and no smoking to indicate where it is going.
