    Lunch: 1 apple, handful of carrots, can of tuna, handful cherry tomatoes

    Snack: orange, two apples, grapes

    Dinner: glass of skim milk, veggie burger plain (no bun), plain cooked asparagus, apple.

    Dessert: Apple, orange. Pineapple grapes
