What name do you just love and you can't really explain why?
I have been absolutely obsessed with the name Ralph. I think it is an awesome name, but I can't explain beyond that why I really like that name.4 AnswersBaby Names3 months ago

We all know Jasmine, Belle, and Aurora are commonly heard of names. What are your favorite lesser known Disney names?
My favorites for girls are:
Kida (Short for Kidagakash from Atlantis: The Lost Empire)
Bentina (Mrs. Beakley's 1st name in Duck Tales)
Eudora (The Princess and the Frog)
Coral (Finding Nemo)
Winston (The Incredibles 2 or Oliver & Company)
Francis (Oliver & Company)
Melvin (Chicken Little)
Leonidas (Bedknobs and Broomsticks)
Humbert (Snow White & the Seven Dwarfs)2 AnswersBaby Names1 year ago
I am looking for girl names that begin with D and end with a consonant sound, silent E is OK. I like Doris or Darlene, but am looking for other suggestions for girls' names that begin with D but do NOT end in a vowel sound. It does not matter if the name is common or not, just that it is a girls' name that begins with D and does not end with a vowel sound.4 AnswersPolls & Surveys2 years ago
I am looking for girls' names specifically that start with the letter D, but do NOT end with a vowel or vowel sound (silent E is OK). My favorite so far is Darlene.4 AnswersBaby Names3 years ago
HUbby and I are expecting #2 in early October and will not be finding out the gender of this little bundle of joy. We have taken to calling the baby, Baby X. We had thought long and hard about this and decided Baby X should have an X somewhere in their name. So I am just looking for opinions. What do you think of Beatrix Holly and Stanley Xavier? Why do you like or dislike them?5 AnswersBaby Names4 years ago
Looking for an old fashioned boy's name for our little one due in October. I am very against repeating any names in our family, at least as a first name.
So here's the list of men already in the family (A lot of these names are already repeated in the family):
Any ideas for an awesome boy's name to fit in with our extended family?15 AnswersBaby Names4 years ago
Hubby and I are trying to come up with an awesome name for our baby due in October. I am very against repeating the first name of anyone living in our family, at least as a first name, and I come from a large extended family. His family is smaller, but they add even more names to our NO list. We are looking for something not so unusual that people will look at the name strangely; we're more into old fashioned or classic names.
Here are the lists of NO's:
Any suggestions for the perfect girl's name to fit with our family?18 AnswersBaby Names4 years ago
I am pregnant with #2, due in early October, so I know I have plenty of time, but I am already so sick of trying to find the perfect name. So I am asking everyone to give me a suggestion for a boy's name and a girl's name. Just one name combo each, first and middle name. To give you an idea of what we like, our daughter was born in February 2015 and her name is April Jane.
So please suggest 1 boy's name and 1 girl's name. Thank s in advance!33 AnswersBaby Names4 years ago
Hubby and I are expecting #2 in the fall. We have a boys' name all picked out already, but are struggling with a girls' name. We already have a daughter named April Jane. Our last name is one of those obviously Irish last names that begins with O'. So which girls' name do you like best and why: Pearl, Bridget, or Eleanor?61 AnswersBaby Names4 years ago
So hubby and I are expecting #2. We currently have a daughter named April. We have a boy's name all picked out that we both love, Stanley, but are having a lot of trouble coming up with a girl's name. I like "old fashioned" names like Mabel and Elinor. Hubby likes unusual names like Pepper, but at the same time, he hates creative spellings. He's stubborn and whenever we start talking names, he'll mention other boys' names, but he hates every girl's name except Pepper, which I have made clear to him that I am not a fan of. Any suggestions for a girl's name?9 AnswersBaby Names5 years ago
