Can anyone help us find land for sale in Catoosa County Georgia that is zoned for double wide homes?
Many reasons we would like to retire somewhere in Catoosa County Georgia, but we can not find land for sale. It either is undesirable land, unusable land, not zoned for double wides or way overpriced. Thought I'd try here and see if anyone knows of land we could buy.4 AnswersRenting & Real Estate4 years ago
I am a 44 year old woman who always enjoyed physical activity but never exercised in my life. 6 months ago, I started yoga and about 2 months ago, I started using the kettle bell. I have loved it all. It was a natural progression to join a gym, and I found that I love that too. I've been doing 2 miles on the treadmill and 3 miles on the elliptical and as soon as I can get these 5 miles done in 45 minutes, I intend to add another machine. I began running a lap/walking a lap on the treadmill and I can not tell you how good this makes me feel in so many different ways. I hope to one day run a whole mile all at once. I love it.
Sounds pretty good, don't ya think?
Here's the problem.
My knees are hurting bad. Recently, I ran a lap/walked a lap 3 different times and ended up walking the rest of the two miles. That day, about mid afternoon, both my knees were very sore. The stairs that I usually climb two at a time at work, I could barely climb up or down. Decided to take some motrin and figured it was due to the stress on the old knees from the running. I've never been a runner, but I want to be soooo bad!
The following day, which was yesterday, I took 5 motrin before I went to the gym, and walked a whole mile, before I attempted to run. I couldn't even get through one lap before my knees were killing me. I slowed it down and walked the rest of the way... which makes me very sad. I want to run!!!
My question is this: Could this just be a matter of strengthen the knees over time or is it possible I will not be able to run at all ? I am hoping someone out here would be able to tell if it's a matter of conditioning. Can my knees get stronger or am I stuck walking for the rest of my days?
Any suggestions would be appreciated. I will walk at a 4.0 until my knees settle down, but would really be much more happier running.
Thank you for the input!

It's been decades since I last visited Disney World and my question is : Can you still buy a 2 day ticket and get 2 days free? It use to be that way, but since everything changes, I'm unsure if it is still run this way. A 2 day ticket was actually good for 4 days, is it still this way?7 AnswersOrlando8 years ago
I currently have a little stock worth only about $3k and it's slowly increasing and I don't want to take anything away from that stock, but I would like to begin investing a small amount of money in something different to build wealth. I'm 44 years old and have only been working a few years as I have a chronically ill daughter who I took care of for the first 14 years of life. Now I need to play catch up with my retirement (currently only 5k), stocks, and now looking to add something new to the mix for diversity. My company pays for my current stock fees, so I'd need a low fee online stock purchase company as well.
I know it's a bit of a long shot, but is there any way I can build wealth @ $25 a week?3 AnswersInvesting8 years ago
Our home is only 4.5 years old, it's 3300 sq feet, with 4 bedrooms and a huge loft area. My grown daughter is moving in with us and I'd like to take the open loft (game room) area and turn it into a bedroom. It has the carpet, windows, heating vents, electrical outlets, and 3 walls already in place.
I need a fourth wall, floor to ceiling, with a door to complete the room. Sounds pretty simple, right?
Maybe for my carpenter friends out there, but for this busy mom of 4 children, it sounds freightening.
Since my daughter is grown, I don't expect her to stay with us for more than a few years (fingers crossed) and would rather not put a permanent wall if I can help it. It's a beautiful room and I don't want to scar it forever if I don't absolutely have to.
Is there a way of making room dividers floor to ceiling removeable. Quit laughing! :D lol
I want her to have her complete privacy with this one wall, and I want to keep my space from being permanately changed.
I would purchase something if it were available, but what I've found is $1000. or higher.
Does anyone have an ideas on how to accomodate this space to meet both of our needs?

I have a young lady who is functioning about a 7 year old level and would like online games to play. I've done a google search and have found nothing that she would be interested. She has had great success on spellingcity.com but needs more. Does anybody have suggestions for online games she may be successful at?

K..... here's a good one for ya! I hope someone out here can assist.
I've done google searches and still no luck. I thought it would be simple, but I guess not.
I need to keep my binders standing straight on an overhead shelf in my office. I have about 10 of these 4 inch binders and need a solution that lets me grab them quick but keeps them steady when I remove one.
The issues is the 4 inch space between separators that I need.
I'm not handy and would prefer to purchase, but if I have to make something, it has to be a simple project.
Any suggestions?1 AnswerDo It Yourself (DIY)9 years ago
My dog has seasonal allergies every fall and spring. He has been to the vet each year, given steroid shots and steroid pills and he gets grumpy and miserable on the steroids. When he is weaned off them, he begins chewing his paw and licking like crazy.
I have done so much for this guy, one year even putting a cone around his neck. These allergies will last until the first deep freeze we get and that will be probably 6-8 weeks away.
I have started giving him benedryl just this year because I'm tired of paying for the dog to be dependant on the vet for his medication. It gets very expensive and in this economy every penny is carefully spent. The benedryl I am giving him has only 25mg Diphenhydramine as it's active ingredient and he is taking one pill in the morning and one at night.
BTW, he is a puggle, about 35 pounds and 7 years old.
What I have noticed is he is not excessively chewing at his sores and his eyes have stopped watering, and his eyes were wet all the time before. I'm encouraged by the results I am seeing, but want to know if he can stay on this dosage for a prolonged period of time.
As I've said, he seems to be having relief from the benedryl, but I'm just wondering if it is safe to take twice a day for 2 months or so.
Thank you for taking the time to read my question!

Is there a way I can make my wifi unavailable to everyone after 11pm. I'm finding my kids up until 3 or 4 in the morning on the internet. That seems equivilent to me being out til that late when I was a teen. Is there a way I can have the wifi time out after 11pm ? Do I have to put some controls on the kids computer? I'd rather not download anything, but not sure it's a possibility.
I have ATT dsl as my internet service provider
Any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I am currently changing the security key at 11 in order to make the internet unaccessable to laptops, ipods etc. Would rather it do it go off itself so I don't have to worry about staying up.

I swore I would never have a pool unless it came with someone to care for it.
Now I have a pool and only myself to care for it.
I have it set it, it is one of those easy set pools 18 x 48.
It is together and the filter is in place and filling with water as I type.
My question is this.... what kind of chlorine do I use and how do I check the clorine levels? Do I need to check other levels in such a small pool (only holds 5400 gallons, I think)
I've done a search on google and so many results with so many different answers and some are so complicated.
Looking for an easy way to add chlorine and check chemicals, is there any one who can clear this up for me?

I'd like to get a trampoline for my girls. What brand would be considered the most stable and safest one?
I'm like to purchase a netting to go around it, but I have no experience in trampoline and only know they are dangerous. Does anyone have thoughts to share with me please? Thanks! :)2 AnswersOther - Outdoor Recreation1 decade ago
My laptop is not accepting a charge from my cord. For a while, I would have to wiggle the cord to show it accepting the charge (blue light when plugged in), then it just stopped working (no blue light). No matter what I do, I can not get the plug to charge the battery. Is there such a thing as an external battery charger that does not require use of the ac adapter on the laptop? I have two batteries for this computer and if I could charge them w/o the laptop, I think we may have a temporary solution. Please Help!!
