I love hanging out with my friends

My period started today, and when I woke up it was fine. A couple hours later I'm hit with the worst cramps I've ever had. I am out of town visiting family, so right now I'm sat up in the living room on my phone. I feel like I'm dying. I dont have a bed to lay down in or any access to medicine. Is there anything I can drink to make myself feel better? I'm sitting clutching a pillow against my abdomen.

Hey everyone, so recently I've decided to exercise more and tone up. I'm planning on joining the cross country team when school starts again (I'll be 16 in September) , and being in shape before it starts (or at least on the way to being) would help.
Some info about me - I'm pretty thin, about 5' 1" at 90lbs. I've never really worked out before so I need some ideas on how to increase my stamina.
How long should I run for? Until I can't take it or...? How often should I do it? Every day, every other day..
Same goes for push ups and sit ups... are there any other exercises you guys recommend? Thank you!1 AnswerDiet & Fitness6 years ago
I'm 15, and I have done some volunteering here and there, but most places that have a long time volunteering position require you to be 16. Long story short, I've looked around at fast food, movies, but they are now fully staffed. Now I'm trying to apply at the Carlton Cards at a mall. My parents aren't willing to help me with any of this.
I'll list my volunteer experience here.
Sports Medicine training for 5 months, which involved treating someone who had injured themselves at football or basketball games.
I was in charge art show at my school for 3 semesters, which included handing out flyers, recruiting volunteers to watch over the show during and after school hours, choosing the pieces to go in etc. For each semester it was held for 2 weeks.
Technical theatre volunteering, which meant setting up lights and being in charge of lights and sound during our "lunchbox theatres" that were held every week. I did this for 2 semesters.
I also volunteered about 4 times at my local community centre, this included simple tasks like taking out the trash and participating in seminars where they would ask youth what improvements they would like to see in their community.
That's about it. Basically, I want to call in and ask if they are hiring someone my age, with no experience etc. How should I go about wording this? Does anyone know a good site where I can learn how to make a resume? What exactly is a reference?1 AnswerOther - Careers & Employment7 years ago

I've had my laptop for about 2 years now, it's a pretty average acer laptop. My cousin pulled off the "U" and End keys, so now I am just typing on the rubber underneath. I found the exact same keyboard online for about 35 dollars, and now I am debating if I should buy it or not. My keyboard is kind of bugging me, but it still works. I'll probably be using this laptop for at least 2 more years, (I'm in grade 10 so I'm going to use it until I graduate). Is it worth it to buy a replacement? I have to use my own money.3 AnswersLaptops & Notebooks7 years ago
I typed the equation 8x^2-5^x-7 into my ti-84, then i used the zero function to find the x intercept, and got x=1.2987334. i want to turn this into a fraction, but im not sure how to. I don't want to type 1.2987334 to find it, because it might not be exact. My answer has to be exact, so does anyone know how to?
I tried to push math then 1(frac) but got an error, and i tried to store it using the sto> then ALPHA then X. it didn't turn it into a fraction, it just showed more numbers.1 AnswerHomework Help7 years ago
I'm in my second semester of grade 10 and I have a lot of spare time. The clubs in school dont appeal to me, because I actually suck at all sports, and besides that we have stuff like drama and chess club. I don't like either of those, so I was wondering what I can do outside of school like where I can volunteer? I would like to start tutoring but I need to learn how to explain things better, and I want to volunteer at the animal shelter but you have to be 16. I don't know if I can get them to accept me somehow... Ideas?1 AnswerPrimary & Secondary Education7 years ago
So I have a 78 percent in it, and the only way to get an 80 is to get a 93 percent on my reading comprehension final. I used to be a straight A student, so this is really bugging me. Plus having a grade in the 70s impacts what I can get out of the Rutherford scholarship, because I need at least an 80 in english 10-1 to get 400 dollars. With what I have right now I can only get 300.
All of my bad grades came from having no practice in essay writing for my final and midterm, because we were never assigned any essays. The other things that brought my mark down was novel studies. What do you think? Am I over reacting?2 AnswersPrimary & Secondary Education7 years ago
I called them yesterday and they sent me a box to send it back in, but they told me they would check to see if it was my fault. How can they even tell?4 AnswersMobile Phones & Plans7 years ago
