  • My betta fish's fins are turning yellowish around the edges when they used to be blue?

I asked a question earlier since I dropped him on the floor. Well now the edges of his fins are yellow and limp like they're dying. Please help! What can I do?

  • I dropped my betta fish on the floor? Will he be OK?

I was cleaning his bowl and he was in a little cup. My brother ran into me in the dark hallway and he spilled out of the cup. I scooped him back into it 10-15 seconds later. He was on his side at first but now he's going frantic, though calming down. Is he going into shock? Could he die? What can I do?

  • What are the rides like at White Water in Six Flags Over Georgia?

I tried to look at the website, but the pictures they have of the rides don't always tell me what I want to know. I just want to know which ones drop into a pool or some kind of water deep enough where you have to swim. I love water stuff and am going there in a couple weeks with some friends who ride *everything*, but I'm a weak swimmer and would rather not test my swimming by being dumped into water over my head. So could anyone who's been there and been on them tell me what they are like?

  • Can I wash my bedroom walls and with what?

I'm pretty sure the paint is eggshell, and trim is semi-gloss, but I'm not sure. I know they both reflect light, so they're not matte. It's been on the walls 2 years, but it already looks a little blah. (My parents smoke, so maybe the nicotine gets on it?) So I'm about to clean and change my room and I want to clean the walls while I'm at it. Can I wash them and with what should I do it? After this, how often can I clean/wash them? Thanks! :)

  • I'm writing a story that involves childhood cancer, and I need true facts about it?

I need all the facts and information I can get on childhood cancer, especially leukemia and brain cancer. Please include an actual reference or way that you know this (example, you are a doctor trained in this field), so that I can be sure I have the facts correct, I am taking this very seriously. Thanks so much!

  • What book series is this?

I remember reading one a long time ago.... But there's 4-5, I think, and the books are about this group of friends who are total snobs and used to be friends, but then one of them died or something and their friendship kinda broke.... Each cover of the books there's a doll that looks like a Barbie, and I think each is one of the girls. One of them is gay, and has a secret girlfriend, another sleeps with her teacher, all have these scandals, another goes to therapy, I think. They're all rich and it all ties together about the mystery of the last girl, I think, which the book I read didn't ever tell what had happened to her. I've been trying to think of these and it's driving me crazy! BTW, it's a teen girl book if you didn't notice. Thanks (:

  • Private question about girl stuff?

OK, so I am 15 and have had my period for a year. It's pretty regular, but i occasionally skip a month or I'm a week or two late (once I was two weeks early, that made me mad...). The last couple of periods have been really heavy for several days. Like I'd put in a regular-sized tampon, stand up, and while washing my hands would feel some blood already trickling out. Super sized tampons would stay for only an hour or so, and they were so big they hurt pulling out (I'm 5'4", 100 lbs, very small frame). I talked to my mom about it and she told me that everyone's periods suck most of the time, but I had her permission to get on a birth control that helps with your period. I looked it up some and think I want to try Seasonique. But my last period was really light, and on and off for eight days. I just want to know if it being so heavy then so light is usual? The heavy part was very annoying, like I'd have to put a super tampon in and a pad on at school so there wouldn't be any leaks since I didn't have time to change it for 4 hours. I hate the worrying about when it will start, how heavy it will be, and the symptoms - I get weak and have headaches and cramps during, and then for a week before I cramp and get really moody and depressed. Is it worth having to go to the gyno? Does Seasonique work good? What about other birth control pills that would make my periods less frequent and lighter? Also, anything about what they do during a normal examination for this at the gyno is appreciated. Any information about any of this and any tips on things to do that would help is great. Thanks!
