  • Why am I not losing weight?

I've been exercising 5-6 times a week for 5 weeks now and haven't lost a single pound. I go on the treadmill for 30 minutes doing intervals or just running. Then I go on the bike for 15 and I work hard... I sweat a lot! Then I go so strength exercises in the fitness studio and also use the machines. I lift as much as I can. I've cut out so much junk from my diet like sugary cereals and added veggies. I only drink water. I'm 150 pounds and 5'7 inches. I've actually gained one pound which I am assuming is muscle because I do see a difference when I flex. But I haven't been shedding any fat... What's going on???

  • How do you plot 3 sets of data on excel 2010?

What I mean is... how do you plot three different sets of data that all have the SAME x and y axis on one graph. So every data set has an x axis of wavelength and a y axis of absorbance. The 3 different data sets are just for different substances.

Thank you so much for your help. It is greatly appreciated.

  • Weight Watchers causes you to starve yourself?

I bought 3 months of weight watchers and after learning I can only have 26 points a day, it sounds a lot like starving yourself. I had 50 points just yesterday, and I don't even eat that unhealthy at all. I'm 5'7 and 140 pounds and wanted to lose 7 pounds that I gained from my first year of university.

I'd like to hear opinions from people who have used weight watchers. 26 points of food seems so ridiculous to me. I cant even imagine being able to go through a day and work out with this much food. I also heard that starving yourself only causes you to gain weight.

  • Pain level of a first time tattoo?

I'm a female who is 18 years old and have decided to get a tattoo for the first time. I want a rose that is fairly big (not a small little one) on my inner arm down to my wrist. I'm not super sensitive and am fairly good at handling pain.

    How painful would this be?

Can you relate it to a similar pain level such as getting stung by a bee or something?

    Share your experiences?

    Thanks!
