Mine: "Religion has convinced people that there’s an invisible man…living in the sky, who watches everything you do every minute of every day. And the invisible man has a list of ten specific things he doesn’t want you to do. And if you do any of these things, he will send you to a special place, of burning and fire and smoke and torture and anguish for you to live forever, and suffer and burn and scream until the end of time. But he loves you. He loves you and he needs money."

Oppression is the holy law
In God I distrust
In time His monuments will fall
Like ashes to dust
Is war and greed the masters plan?
The bible's where it all began
Its propaganda sells despair
And spreads the virus everywhere
Religion is hate
Religion is fear
Religion is war
Religion is rape
Religion's a whore
The pestilence is Jesus Christ
There never was a sacrifice
No man upon the crucifix
Beware the cult of purity
I've made my choice. Six six six
....people are generally not accepted into christian society if they have long hair or are unshaven? eg. i have a friend who was going for a job at a christian school and he had to shave his face and they told him his hair was too long...isnt that a bit contradictory i mean jesus had a beard and long hair.1 AnswerReligion & Spirituality1 decade ago

when the word has been passed down by man who by your own definitions is corrupt and will lie to make themselves prosper? Wouldnt it be logical to think that even if there was a god that if he spoke and someone listened that that person could twist gods word or change it over time to help himself prosper? You say that man is corrupt and wrong but you trust the words of men thousands of years ago?
