i am a teen who is currently enrolled in american school of correspondance i am a very creative person and love to do arts and crafts.
My dog is a sweet girl. But I’m at the end of my rope. A little background first. I got her from a coworker who wasn’t able to keep her due to moving to a no pets allowed apartment. She had found the dog when she was abandoned at a gas station emaciated. I wonder if this is part of the problem. She loves kids and most adults but when I’m walking her she’ll just start barking at people on bicycles and skateboards. Some people randomly walking by but not all and some animals. Other times I’ll let her out front to go potty and she’ll chase down someone. And usually when she’s on the leash I’ll try to redirect her or distract her till she stops. And when she’s off the leash I’ll put her in a different room. I’ve considered doing a treat or click based reward system anytime she doesn’t bark but it’s random. But more recently I moved in with my aunt who has a cat that hisses and scratches at everyone but her. He scratched my dog and since my dog has been aggressive any time she sees the cat. She’s never bitten anyone but I’m at the end of my rope and worried one day it might escalate to her biting someone. She gets along well with my aunts dog and my sisters cat and dog but doesn’t get along well with for instance my cousins dog and my granny’s dog.7 AnswersDogs12 months ago

1.4 Costs of Creation. You will be solely responsible for the creation of the electronic and digital Content that You include in your Products, and will pay all costs associated with its creation and copies thereof, including, without limitation: (i) any compensation owed to third parties; (ii) payments required by any agreement between You and any labor organization (such as unions or guilds); (iii) all studio, tape, editing, mixing, re-mixing, mastering and engineering costs; and (iv) all costs of travel, per diems, facilities and equipment, and the like.
1.5 Royalties. You must pay all royalties or similar payments that are or may become due to any third party, such as all payments under licenses for third-party material in your Products.
1.6 Unions and Guilds. You acknowledge that Yerzies is not currently a party to any collective bargaining agreement with any union or guild and that You are solely responsible for complying with any applicable union or guild rules, including without limitation, those relating to payments.
2. PROGRAM REVENUE
2.1 Program. The Program allows You to set a Retail Price (the "Retail Price") for each Product that You have created using your Account. The Retail Price must be equal to or higher than the price that Yerzies charges You for this Product (the "Base Price"). If you do not set a Retail Price for a Product, the Retail Price will be deemed to be the Base Price. Once you have enrolled in the Program, all of the Yerzies Products created through your Account will be eligible for sale at a Retail Price to third parties through the Store.
2.2 Program Profit. For each Product that is sold through the Store, You are entitled to receive the Program Profit. "Program Profit" applies only to orders for merchandise which have not been returned or canceled by consumers. Program Profit is calculated by subtracting the Base Price and any Referral Fees from the Retail Price. Referral Fees are paid to affiliates who participate in the Yerzies Street Team for referring users who make a purchase. The Program Profit for a Product accrues 30 days after which Yerzies has received full payment for the Product through the Store.
2.3 Reports and Program Payments. Yerzies will provide real-time sales reporting via Your Account, which will include (a) the number of Products sold; and (b) a calculation of the Program Profit owed by Yerzies to You in the current month. Within forty-five (45) days after the end of a calendar month, Yerzies shall send You the Program Payment, unless the amount of the Program Payment is less than the Payment Threshold, in which case the Program Payment will be withheld by Yerzies and paid to You at such time as the aggregate Program Payments is equal to or exceeds the Payment Threshold. Payment Threshold and Processing Fee will vary depending on your currency preference selected, and are defined as follows:
USD Payment Preference (Paid to valid PayPal accounts only): Payment Threshold: $20.00
Yerzies Store Credit Payment Preference Payment Threshold: $10.00
2.4 USD Payment Preference. Yerzies will make USD Program Payments to You via PayPal to the email address you designate to us for such purposes. You are fully responsible to provide a valid, complete, and correct email address and Your failure to do so might result in the forfeiture of the Program Payments. Yerzies is solely responsible to send you the Program Payments to your Valid PayPal account.
2.5 Yerzies Store Credit Payment Preference. Yerzies will deposit store credit into Your Account. Any deposited store credit cannot be converted to USD Payment Preference.
2.6 No Payment. Yerzies will not pay the Program Profit for any Products that are created in breach of this Agreement or the User Agreement, including, but not limited to, Section 9.1 of the User Agreement ("Prohibited Content").
2.7 Tax Information. If you are a U.S. citizen, a non-U.S. citizen that currently lives in the U.S., or a non-U.S. citizen that owns a business in the U.S., you must provide your taxpayer information to Yerzies as required by the IRS, including but not limited to information required by the IRS for the purpose of issuing a 1099 form for Your earnings. If Yerzies does not have current taxpayer information for you on file for a particular year, payments due to you under this Agreement will not be made to you until December 31st of such year, and all of such payments will be subject to a thirty percent (30%) backup withholding which will be submitted to the IRS.
2.8 Termination Fees. If You or Yerzies terminate your Account, and you have less than the Payment Threshold in accrued but unpaid compensation then outstanding, Yerzies may charge you a processing fee when sending you your final payment to cover its adminis2 AnswersLaw & Ethics1 decade ago
im trying to do a contest were i draw something and im wondering how to do what is listed here.
c) The largest addressable area on a t-shirt is 13"x16", but your design should not be this large to ensure that it fits on all t-shirt sizes. Please be sure to use a design workspace that conforms to this aspect ratio.
(d) Submissions must be formatted as PNG files no larger than 500kb at 13"x16" and 300 dpi. This format is required because it is lossless and supports transparency. This is important because the printing process will render any white area in the files you upload as white ink. As a result, if you want an area of your design to NOT be printed, then you need to save it as a transparent file. PNG supports this format.
