I'm 19 years old and I've had acne since I was around 13. It has never gone away and I have tried every type of acne medication. Most of my friends don't have acne and they don't do anything. So I'm thinking I should just cut off all medication and see if that works. Just a simple cleanser, toner, moisturizer regime.
What are your guy's thoughts on this? Is it a good idea? Will this work? Is less really more?
Everything I've tried hasn't worked...and I am so sick and tired of having acne.1 AnswerSkin Conditions8 years ago
I already configured my phone for Google Voice, but after I pressed "Finish" I'm not sure where to go from there... I read that once you set up Google Voice you should get 406 numbers and you're supposed to save them in contacts, but I am continuing to get texts from friends in my usual inbox like I always did before Google Voice? Is this supposed to happen? Cuz I thought after I downloaded the app all my texts, voicemail, messages were supposed to go into another inbox that Google Voice set up for me?2 AnswersGoogle8 years ago
I know that you can burn more songs onto a CD by saving them as mp3s because mp3 takes less data space BUT is there a way to burn more songs WITHOUT changing the songs to mp3s? I want to make a song for a friend but her home stereo does not play mp3.2 AnswersMusic & Music Players8 years ago
the problem I was answering was about solutions, colloids and suspensions:
Proteins are colloids. Should such proteins be able to pass through the membranes of the kidney and be present in the urine? The answer is NO.
Should salt, NaCl? The answer is YES.
Why can NaCl pass the membrane? Is it because its a solution?3 AnswersChemistry8 years ago

I need to buy hex nuts for a project I'm doing, but I'm kinda confused how the sizing of hex nuts work... so I have two choices: #6-32 and #10-24. Can someone tell me the difference between these two? Which one is bigger? Why one is smaller? What does the "6" stand for? What does the "32" stand for? etc.
Thank you in advance:)5 AnswersDo It Yourself (DIY)9 years ago

I need a clarification on something...
so in the problem i'm given a graph of the derivative of a function.
the questions asks to find all values of x, at which h is increasing/decreasing.
it asks for VALUES not intervals... without any given the equation of the derivative of the function, is it possible to find specific values? or am i just reading into this problem too much...?
if I'm not crazy, could you tell me how to find x values without the equation of the derivative?
A container holds 125 gallons of water at time t=0. During the time interval 0 ≤ x ≤ 12 hours, water is pumped into the container at the rate of p(t) = 2 + [10/(1+ln(t+1))] gallons per hour.
During the same time interval, water is removed from the container at the rate of R(t) = 12sin((t^2)/47).
a) let A represent the amount of water in the container at any time t. Explain the meaning of dA/dt. Include units.
b) Write an equation for dA/dt, using P(t) and R(t).
c) Is the amount of water in the container increasing of decreasing at t= 6 hours? Justify your answer.
Adam is traveling west at 50mph and Shannon is traveling north at 60mph. Both are headed for the same intersection of the two roads. At what rate is Adam and Shannon approaching eachother when Adam is 0.30miles and Shannon is 0.40 miles from the intersection?
An object of mass 10kg is attached to a spring in which k=1950N/m. The object is set into harmonic motion, with an initial velocity of v=2.8m/s and an initial displacement of x=28cm.
a) Calculate the maximum velocity the object has during its motion.
b) Calculate the maximum acceleration the object has during its motion.

If a college offers predentistry as a major, should I make that my major or should I choose a science major?
Predentistry would definitely prepare me for dental school, but if I changed my mind and didn't want to be a dentist anymore, I'm kinda stuck with it right?
Advice please??3 AnswersHigher Education (University +)9 years ago
Last month I missed my period for the first time ever. It's that time of month again, but still nothing... I am getting really scared and don't know what to do. Never had sex so that rules out pregnancy. I did some research and found out it could be caused by weight loss and stress? But I have been eating and exercising like normal. No change in diet. Nothing... Please help me~4 AnswersWomen's Health9 years ago
