...who is not a sales agent of it. I need an unbiased opinion. I bought a box just to try it. It claims to have these vegetables in powdered form but having tried it I now highly doubt that this actually has the ingredients it claims to have. The vegetables themselves are indeed very good for the body and have been used in traditional medicines forever, but i don't know if the inventors of this drink is just riding on that reputation. It has been approved by bfad and usfd but who knows if even that is true and how do we find out?2 AnswersAlternative Medicine1 decade ago

1) What is the composition (i.e. residents, employees, corporate, tourists, young, old)? 2) What is the projected population at completion?
Or can anyone point me to the right direction?
Thanks.2 AnswersPhilippines1 decade ago

I've always had a flat butt, but then I've always had a sedentary life. But compared to others, I deposit very little fat there. I started to work out 3 months ago, did some squats, some glute exercises which only firmed up my butt, which was ok. Lately I haven't trained my glutes much. Then I tried running, I alternated jogging, walking, and sprinting. After a week I noticed my butt was swollen, I couldn't fit in my jeans. Is this because of the running?5 AnswersRunning1 decade ago
I used to work out my calves the same way I train everything else, once a week, 9 sets, low reps (8-10), but they plateued quick. I'm thinking: because I jog my calves will no longer get bigger, so I decided to increase the intensity. What I do now is do 3 sets on the machine, 160lbs (my weight) for 25 reps, rest for 3 mins, do 3 sets of increasing weight, to failure, rest for 3 mins, then do 3 sets of 220 lbs (no more plates on the machine), small range of motion, around 4 reps or to failure, and really slow on the way down. I do this around 3 times a week, incorporated in my weight training, and I jog 3 times a week. My calves firm up and get toned but I don't know if they're getting any bigger. Are calves naturally harder to train?1 AnswerDiet & Fitness1 decade ago
People say one doesn't go with the other, either you concentrate on weight training to bulk up fast, or concentrate on cv to burn the fat because too much cv can "eat up" precious hard gained muscle. But what if I 2hrs of cardio in the morning, eat less carbs, go to work, then go back to the gym to do high impact weight training, eating a high carb high protein meal? Will the muscle still not come?6 AnswersDiet & Fitness1 decade ago
a) Bulk up with weights, little cardio, high protein, high carb, low fat diet, THEN switch to high cardio, cutting cycle?
b) High rep low impact weight training, loads of cardio, low fat diet, THEN switch to high impact weight training?
I want to be lean but I want some bulk. Every expert seems to have a different answer. Which path worked for you and how many months/weeks did each phase last?4 AnswersDiet & Fitness1 decade ago
If you agree, how do you think this is this manisfested vis-a-vis the other Latin American cultures? And how do you think this came about from an historical point of view?7 AnswersOther - Cultures & Groups1 decade ago
