I have a delimmna. McAfee AntiVirus charged my renewal without my approval. How to cancel/get refund for thi?
I have many credit cards - so forgot which one I used for this until I receive the respective bills which by then could be TOO late to cancel. I've given up McAfee & now used free home edition of AVAST. In spite of my contacting McAfee, they went ahead & successfully charged my Credit Card. Who else do I contact....details of their Aust. tel; email; etc??4 AnswersSecurity1 decade ago
Is it generally OK to leave notebook on for 7+hrs on screen saver mode as I use it on/off throughout the day?
I use electricity via charger, and, have a notebook cooler on all the time. My notebook is on from 6am to about 7pm & when I actively use it it's normally in stretches of an hour or so. Consequently because I check my mail every 2-3 hours, its more convenient as otherwise I have to re-boot!1 AnswerLaptops & Notebooks1 decade ago
Does it harm the computer when you click once instead of twice or vice versa. Is there a clear distinction when you are suppose to click one or twice. If I ALWAYS click twice instead of once, is the speed improved or is it better to just click twice all the time (which will then cover the one-click anyway!)!5 AnswersAdd-ons1 decade ago

Recently after an op, i developed hernia at my diaphragm. I walk a lot.Can I also do push ups or do cycling?
By push ups I mean lie on my back with hands behind my shoulder and pull myself up to sitting position...also do stationary cycling. Will this worsen the bulge in my upper stomach (just below my diaphragm - which bulges up like a small balloon)1 AnswerOther - Health1 decade ago
I dyed black over blue on a leather seat. The black rubs off! What solvent can I use to effectively restore?
This leather seat is wasted as cannot be used as user's back will be stained black especially when he/she sweats so I must restore seat to original blue color without any 'side effects' From experience what solvent is best to use?1 AnswerMaintenance & Repairs1 decade ago
Is Olympics the second fiddle? Look at World Cup football - the best nations fielded their best team. Why does football look down on Olympics as second fiddle...remember Messi was not allowed to play by its Club & so was Ronaldino5 AnswersArgentinian Football (Soccer)1 decade ago
Which is relatively more dangerous to health - too much sugar which causes diabetes OR too much salt causing??
I am 65 years, try to exercise daily (2km walk) and although careless about salt & sugar intake, do try to 'sweat' out whatever I take11 AnswersDiabetes1 decade ago
I exercise daily and watch my sugar intake in cakes and drinks - too casually though3 AnswersDiabetes1 decade ago
