  • country song question?

I'm looking for a certain song about a man telling a woman that she will be better off without him.

It is sang by a male singer, I think it is less than 10 years old.

    Thanks

  • 88 Chevy S10 2.5 tbi got me stumped acts like fuel pump or timing?

I am stumped on an 88 s10; truck has set for 2 years, 2.5 tech 4 with tbi and a distributor. If I step on the gas and leave the throttle in place the engine acts like it is missing. Also while driving it will die when coasting to a stop but it will stay "running" if you down shift while slowing. It is a manual trans, brake and steering.

Truck starts and idles fine, rev fine but you can not hold the engine above 1500 rpm without it acting up. It does drive and acts up while driving.

Things I have done so far: New plugs, wires, cap and rotor.

I have removed and checked the fuel filter, no bubbles or smell of old gas and free flowing, checked vacuum and it is good, checked map sensor and it is good, used propane to check the fuel pump with no success. Check engine light is not on but it does work.

I can check the fuel pressure if needed but I don't think it is the fuel pump itself as it primes fast and truck starts easy.

The throttle shaft for tbi is worn and moves some.

  • 95' Chevy truck won't stay running??

95 Chevy starts but won't stay running. 305ci. Fuel pressure about 8lbs when running, cheap gage, has good gas, no gas/water in oil, no oil in water, no backfire. Starts good at 30 f runs about 5 min then hunts, when it gets to the bottom of the hunt it has a loud sucking from the TBI. It does for three time then dies.

If you pump gas it revs, if you rev and hold it revs with a slight bog but if you rev higher during the bog it will rev higher. The ypipe flange just wore though so I have not been able to detect a vacuum leak. If you have any questions I will try to post anything to help.
