If you use an avatar, why?
And does your avatar really look like you?
If you use a real photo, why did you chose it over an avatar?
And, why chose that photo?
Mine is of my son and I at Texas Rangers Baseball Game, just one of so many happy moments in my life. Just curious how/why others chose their profile.21 AnswersPolls & Surveys1 decade ago
My neighbor brought me back some wine from Mexico.
The label reads:
Vino de Membrillo
de la Huerta
Elaborado y Envasado
Ing. Ruben Alejandro Salis Lozano
Lazaro Cardenas #209
I'm not a huge wine drinker, and this is probably very inexpensive, but everyone at our gathering loved it. It is really a very good tasting wine. Deep orange in color and sweet. I believe the alcohol volume was 14%, but not sure.
Please, if anyone knows where I can find it in the states, or even order it imported... please let me know.2 AnswersBeer, Wine & Spirits1 decade ago
I'm a single, custodial father of an awesome 7-year-old boy.
Although I'd say I really don't date that much... I entertain a lot (at the house and at events).
I do enjoy playdates with another parent and their child(ren).
My question is:
What are some of the most interesting, fun, creative and memorable playdates you've had with a father and their child??
Or share ideas that you think you would enjoy -- always helps, right? :)3 AnswersSingles & Dating1 decade ago

Haven't had any luck finding one.

Two drops of Iodine in a 8 oz. glass of milk will make my son taller???
A lady-friend swears to it. She and her husband are both short with tall kids.
My friend in high school told me years ago he was drinking Iodine in his milk... he was 5'5" during his senior year... after graduation he had a growth spurt. Now he's 6'1".
It all sounds, well.... like poisoning if you ask me.
I'm not trying it on my son... but even more curious now of how many parents have tried it.... or have friends that used the technique on their kids.
What were the results??
Strange stuff. I love my milk the way it is.... I don't even dip my cookies in it! Lol.
Let me know what going on our there in Parent-World.8 AnswersParenting1 decade ago
Half Labrador and half wolf.
"Max", in my opinion, is a great dog and could be an awesome dog..... if he'd quit digging.
I've tried some things to get him to stop... but nothing has really worked.
What kills me is that I'm a huge landscaper and love my backyard to be colorful and well-kept.
Max only digs at the base of my trees/shrubs.
I'm not into the shock-collar stuff.... any other ideas??13 AnswersDogs1 decade ago
Humor/sarcasism is greatly excepted
I'm an overly-confident, 36-year-old custodial father of the most awesome 5-1/2 year-old boy in the world.
I am a social freak!
Throw parties at my home... inviting friends/families (with and without kids).
Love being single (been married twice).
Got an awesome job (corporate buyer).
Both my home (small) and truck are paid for.
No bills other than utilities.
Love to travel... but really don't ever find the time.
I coach little league sports and I forsee running for office in my future.
I get more opportunties now than ever before for dating... although I don't date that much.
I say it's because of my life with my son, that might be the reason a woman shows interest in me.... not me myself, but what surrounds me.
So.... I'm asking you to analyze me.
I'm interested in a woman's opinion of a guy like me.
What do you see?
What would expect?
Lol. Tell me what my flaws are, or might be.
