I was in a hit and run accident in Nov 2012. Since then the person that hit me filed her claim and if was then tied to my report. I retained a lawyer and now have been able to see an Orthopedic doctor for my neck injury. He found Arthritis... what is the chance he will treat that even though that is not why I came in to see him. I am going for an MRI tomorrow and the follow up appointment on Tuesday at which time I will discuss with him. Just wanting some input.Other - Diseases8 years ago
Financially ruined by the Economic Crash of the car industry in 2009 (high dollar car saleman lost job). Divorced 3 times once being a Common Law situation. 4 children 2 from each real marriage, 1st set of 2 are adults and the other 2 are a child and a teenager. He has heart disease that he will die from within 10-20 years (he's 46 I am 42). He has past drug addiction but has not used in over 3 years. He is shorter than me. He smokes and I cannot stand that. OH - I am divorced twice myself and the last divorce is only 7 months ago. I did not handle it well and have been on anti-depression medication since and I don't have the butterflies in my tummy feeling.
His good traits? Oh so passionate and romantic. Always tells me he loves me. Very good lover. Gives roses on first date, 2 roses 2nd date, none afterwards but I know that is a financial thing... he would if he had left over money. He opens the doors for me including the car door. He shares his most private thoughts and life experiences with me. He freely shows his emotions and feelings. He loves his children and they are the world to him. He calls or texts me every day to say he loves me and we talk every night. He is on friendly or should I say non vindictive terms with the mothers of his children.
I do care about him so much and feel like he is my dream come true. I know I love him to some degree... but I can't tell him I am in love with him. I fear it is my anti-depressants holding me back. Or is it really too soon for me? I do have love for him and care about him like I have known him for years. But I can't bring myself to say I am IN love with him, even though I have let it slip twice from my lips (he only heard me say it once).3 AnswersSingles & Dating1 decade ago
First, let's say you work crazy hours, been married 3 times, anti-marriage, anti-relationship. You back away, stop calling when you think I want more. But then you give me mixed signals about you seeing others or not. Oh, and you don't answer my question when I ask if there are others. Then someone else starts talking to me and wants to go out. How would you feel about me seeing someone else and possibly having sex with him too? I still want to see you but I'm thinking of going out with this other man that I've been talking to. This is a real question and I am just looking for general answers. I just want to know how men in general feel about this.8 AnswersSingles & Dating1 decade ago
We've had the house since 2001... 15 year mortgage. Now he wants a divorce saying he's unhappy and has been for 2 years. To change the loan to just me and buy him out how do I start this process? By the way I don't want this divorce but he's got his mind set. No children involved.6 AnswersMarriage & Divorce1 decade ago
I know the Desktop would have to be bluetooth capable but other than that would it work? The package states Exclusively for Bluetooth Notebook PCs. This was a Christmas gift and I don't want to open it if it will not work.1 AnswerAdd-ons1 decade ago
I don't know if this is true or not, it is something to think about.
Subject: CAN OBAMA LEGALLY BE PRESIDENT?
WOW - This should be interesting if this is true
CAN OBAMA LEGALLY BE PRESIDENT?
I think everyone should maybe wait til next week, and
see if this hits the fan.
Maybe we need to contact the Attorney General or our
congressmen, and get them to look at it too!
I received the message below and have
searched for something to dispute it. There is nothing on
SNOPES to dispute this.
It seems that Barack Obama is not qualified to be president, after all, for the following reason:
Barack Obama is not legally a U.S. natural-born
citizen according to the law on the books at the time of his birth,
which falls between 'December 24,1952 to November 13, 1986? Presidential office requires a
natural-born citizen, if the child was not born to two U.S. citizen parents, which of course is what exempts John McCain though he was born in the Panama Canal . US Law very clearly stipulates: ' If only one parent was a U.S citizen at the time of your birth, that parent must have
resided in the United States for at least ten years, at least five of which had to be after the age of 16.'
Barack Obama's father was not a U.S. citizen and Obama's mother was only 18 when Obama was born, which
means although she had been a U.S. citizen for 10 years, (or citizen perhaps because of Hawaii being a territory), the mother fails the test for being so, for at least 5 years **prior to** Barack Obama's birth, but *after*
age 16. It doesn't matter *after* In essence, she was not old enough to qualify her son for automatic U.S. citizenship. At most, there were only 2 years elapsed since his mother turned 16 at the time of Barack Obama's birth when she was 18 in Hawaii. His mother would have needed to have been 16+5= 21 years old, at the time of Barack Obama's birth for him to have been a natural-born citizen. As aforementioned, she was a young college student at the time and was not yrs 21 of age. Barack Obama was already 3 years old at that time his mother would have needed to have waited to have him as the only U.S. Citizen parent. Obama instead should have been naturalized, but even then, that would still disqualify him from holding the office.
*** Naturalized citizens are ineligible to hold the office of President***.
Though Barack Obama was sent back to Hawaii at age 10, all the other info does not matter because his mother is the one who needed to have been a U.S. citizen for 10 years prior to his birth on August 4, 1961, with 5 of those years being after age 16.
Further, Obama may have had to have remained in the country for some time to protect any citizenship he would have had, rather than living in Indonesia ...
Now you can see why Obama's aides stopped his speech about how we technically have more than 50 states, because it would have led to this discovery. This is very clear cut and a blaring violation of U.S. election law.
I think the Gov. of California would be very interested in knowing this if Obama were elected President without being a natural-born U.S. citizen, and it would set precedence. Stay tuned to your TV sets because I suspect some of this information will be leaking through over the next several days.
Interesting!! Now what?

And I want to buy it at my consultant price, not the marketed up retail price. I already know the ones on E-Bay and I am bidding on the ones there that are reasonable. I want the best price so that I can still sell to my customer at the normal retail price of $17.00.
And does anyone know why they discontinued it??Other - Local Businesses1 decade ago
We have about $120. He is a Florida Gators fan, plays golf, Bible reader, Church goer, Christian through and through. We love him most of the time and other times he is a pain the a double s. Here's the catch... we live in a small rural community so we have none of the big name stores to shop at. It is too late to order online gifts because shipping rates would eat up our money. Any ideas?3 AnswersChristmas1 decade ago
I wish I could remember what I done. Since last Monday Dec. 3rd my foot has been hurting. It is at the base of my toes starting with the 1 beside my big toe on my right foot. the top of my foot is "puffy", hurts to put pressure on it when walking or standing. Very sore if I touch and put pressure on the top. It even feels hot to the touch. All I think I can remember is that possibly a box fell out of my cabinet and hit my foot possibly contact between corner on box and foot at the toe. I don't think it is broken or fractured especially since I really don't know what I done. Is it something I need to have checked out or just keep it propped up?4 AnswersInjuries1 decade ago
Felt pain and burning all day Saturday and yes, urges to urinate and most times very little came out. Took a UTI test with 1st urine Sunday morning, that showed Positive for Nitrates and Negative for Protein. Then yesterday, Monday, I bought another set of test strips and each time they showed WBC positive in urine throughout the day but no nitrates. I went to the doctor and she prescribed Ciprofloxacin HCL 500 mg Taran 1 tablet twice daily. I took 1 last night before dinner with a yogurt "drink". This morning I have no symptoms and sampled with 1st urine of the morning with the UTI test (2nd stick from the pack Sunday), both indicators came back negative for Nitrite or Protein. I did go ahead and take the morning does of the antibiotic. Did it go away that fast? Is the lab that took a urine sample yesterday going to find anything in the cultures they do?1 AnswerOther - Health1 decade ago

My niece asked for 4 books for Christmas... The Bourne Identity, The Bourne Supremacy, The Bourne Ultimatum, and The Bourne Revenge. I have found 3 but I cannot find Revenge. Is it under a different name? Was it just a movie and no book written?3 AnswersBooks & Authors1 decade ago
It will turn on sometimes and sometimes it won't. You can not zoom in on anything or the camera will shut off and you cannot turn it back on for like an hour or so. It is a KODAK Easy Share model I bought for my neice 2 years ago for Christmas.4 AnswersCameras1 decade ago

This man is a retired Fire Fighter. COPD is caused by years of his service. I work with his wife and am trying to help keep her positive about this news. First instinct is to naturally think cancer but we know survivors of lung cancer and that other people we know had spots that weren't cancer. Just getting a feel about COPD since I don't know anything about it.2 AnswersRespiratory Diseases1 decade ago
