  • Degree or Cert (Information Technology)?

So, I fell for the whole "Get on the path to a perfect future with ITT Tech" schtick and now find myself paying $36000 back to sallie mae, for an A.A.S. Obviously, I learned my lesson and won't be returning for a bachlores at this joke of a school

So, now my plan is getting Certs in A+, MCSE, And Cisco CCNA ICND. I suppose Network Infrastructure is something I have excelled at immensely, so I will be taking up that route.

So, is it wise to Continue another 2 years for a B.S, and then go for my certs. Or should I forget the extra 2 years, receive my certs, and start job searching. Obviously I know I won't be on the $100k a year path any time soon, but having an A.A.S, including the cert's mentioned, is it possible to at least find a job that makes around $35k+ a year?

  • Auto with previous damage?

I recently wrecked my car, and now found out it had a previous collision that the Car dealership did not mention to us, which now made the new repair more expensive, due to the previous wreck being improperly repaired, My insurance also will not cover previous accident damage.

Is the dealership I bought this from responsible? and what laws or people should I look up in order to get this mess straightened out.

  • Red marks on all black Tattoo?

I recently got an all black tattoo, and on some parts of it was some heavy scabbing. eventually the scabs would fall off, but underneath it would be red marks that were very faded, as if the ink didn't set in. Is this caused by the scabbing or is it something else?

  • Video Memory Decreased?

I was having issues with my video drivers so I updated them. Originaly my card was 128mb, but after the updates, it now tells me its 96mb (I used dxdiag for the info).

I contact customer support, get put on hold forever, and they tell me "No, your video card is actually only 64mb, the only way to fix this problem is to install more memory" this is a notebook, RAM is not an issue, but video on the otherhand...I doubt thats the solution to fix my problem, does anyone know what else I can do, or was my tech support rep right.

  • going to be 21?

So yeah, 21 and of course drinking will be involved, I'm not an alcohol virgin but I'm no veteran neither. My questions.

What can I eat before drink which won't upset my stomach and come out in a nasty way, or better yet, avoid the puking all together, I can take ginger for it works with all my other nausea issues, but I don't know if it works as well with alcohol.

And what can I take before sleeping so I don't wake with a nasty hangover, usually I just down some advils and never get the problem, I don't plan on buying those chaser capsules and rather have a natural remedy instead of pills.

And finally, whats a good classic drink/mix I can score at any bar (America), none of these lame fruities or newer drinks.

  • VB.NET help?

I hope I can describe this right, My teacher is not helping us on this so we have to rely on the class, but the class doesn't want to help.

I need to make a distance calculator, the form design is a calculate button and a listbox, thats it. When you click calculate, an input box asks for the Miles per hour, when you push ok, a 2nd inputbox asks for miles traveled. I need to code it so when you press calculate, the listbox says (if mph = 5 and miles travled = 5)

    MPH: 5

    miles traveled: 5

mph is 5 and distance travled is 5

mph is 5 and distance travled is 10

mph is 5 and distance travled is 15

mph is 5 and distance travled is 20

mph is 5 and distance travled is 25

I'll post my code in more details, my problem is my distance travled will not double. Any ideas
