  • Does boxing put pressure on the body as much as MMA or wrestling?

So I'm coming off an injury and I got nervous stress around my body which I'm working on. anyway after I recover I was thinking to move to pure boxing because in MMA I wrestle a lot with bigger guys and I get slammed on my back and sometimes my knee and even when I slam them I feel my lower back about to explode and I was thinking boxing only dangerous thing is so many hits to the head but with good head gear it should be good what you think?

  • Should I never go back to training?

So for 4-5 years and am playing around with sports and admired combat sports I even was wrestling my friends at my home ignoring the stress I put on my body. I went to a chiropractor and today I went to a PT where he told me that I go nervous stress in most of my body parts which he told me you will need to quit lifting heavy for some good time. this thing demotivate me to go back to training. like even if I healed I will be worried that those torns will come back again so should I just quit although combat sport is a part of my life

  • Are we born with our own style or we learn to make our own fighting style?

Like for example trying to do the overhand right of chuck liddel I never feel comfortable doing it or trying to do it even some BJJ moves or wrestling for example the single leg is that because my brain telling me I can't learn it or we do really have our each and every style.

in grappling I always go for the double leg even when my partners know am going to go for it I still get it. to be honest am confused like should I try every move out there and see which suit me and make me feel comfortable or try to learn everything
