• Are antiseptic hand cleanser gels suitable for children?

Is it advisable to use antiseptic alcohol based hand cleanser gels on little kids below 5 years (for emergency use)? I have browsed for these cleansers and have come across several brands such as Nexcare, Purell, EO etc. Can the kids ingest the alcohol base and get sick soon after their hands are cleansed?

But, now each time I start the machine, it goes into a DOS select OS screen where I have two choices 1. start XP normally or 2. Setup XP. If I don't make the selection manually, the boot up automatically hangs saying a win32 hal.dll is missing. But if I select option 1 windows boots up normally. How do I rectify this problem so that XP boots up without any intervention like it used to?

The new carb is delivering a loss of 10miles per Gallon. Also, morning starts are a hassle as I have to pump the gas at least 15 times to get the engine started. The Auto choke is connected and functioning. Only visible issue is a low float level. Once the engine is heated up starting is absolutely no problem. The car runs smoothly without any issues which is also surprising. Any suggestions as to what could be the cause?

Recently I noticed that when the vehicle is idling with the AC on the power steering becomes erratic and does not function smoothly. When you switch the AC off problem is solved. I opened the hood and noticed the power steering belt shuddering when the steering was turned in turn causing the power steering pump to stop turning causing the loss of power to the steering system. Is this because the belt needs replacement or is it something to do with the power steering pump itself? Please advise.
