I am 18. I am an athlete and i want to take supplements or vitamins but I don't know what to take, can anyone help me out with the basics of what I should take? I don't eat a lot of meat and I'm picky when it comes to vegetables. I'm not overweight, I want to lose about 10 pounds though and replace it with muscle.
My eating habits are all sorts of ****** up and I hate pretty much every food besides breakfast foods (cereal, oatmeal), quest bars, certain types of chicken and protein shakes. I'm not overweight but I'm not underweight either. I want to lose a few pounds and I exercise a lot I just don't know how to eat properly. I eat at weird times during the day too and I'm almost never hungry. Should I see a nutritionist? I'm a teen if that helps. I fear that my parents will think I have problems if I ask to see. There is a picture of it here. It looks like a lower helix with a barbell, but close to the daith as well. Is it possible to get a barbell that goes through the daith and lower helix? How would I ask for this at a shop?1 AnswerOther - Skin & Body7 years ago
I am not a jewelry person. Or the type of person who loves piercings but I saw a double helix and I loved it so I got it, and I got my cartilage done on the other side and I liked it at first but now the change is freaking me out and i feel bad taking them out because it wasn't cheap. I was wondering if anyone else had post-piercing/change regret and how they overcame it?1 AnswerFashion & Accessories7 years ago
The model wearing the pink sweater. I have dark brown hair but its not too far off from that color. I was wondering if that is a solid color or highlights? Or both. I plan on going to a salon to get it done, and I'm trying to figure out the cost. Also, I dyed my whole head about 2 years ago, the color is gone now so would I be able to box dye it?2 AnswersHair7 years ago

I have thought about this for a long time and I decided I would like to get a tattoo in memory of my dog. I have a mold of his paw prints. I want a very small (1 to 2 inch) tattoo of his paw on my neck, wrist, or ankle. It would be black only, no color. How much would this cost?3 AnswersTattoos7 years ago
I really want to get an iPad mini that I can use for textbooks. I looked on iBooks and was unable to find all of the textbooks I needed, but I can buy many of them as ebooks from college textbook websites or amazon. Can I use these ebooks on an iPad?2 AnswersOther - Electronics7 years ago

I'm really into designer clothes, something that can be out of budget for a lot of girls my age (18). My closet is almost completely designer. I never really shop at forever 21 or wet seal cause it's not really my style.
I'm not one to brag about my clothes and labels, and I don't look down on people who wear non-designer stuff, however, if someone asks where my jacket is from and I say Burberry, people automatically write me off as a snob. Or if I ever say I don't like forever 21 and stores like that, people think I'm rude and make remarks about how "not everyone can afford designer labels".
But most of the time people who don't like designer labels say how much they hate them, and no one makes rude comments at them. It's annoying because if I say I don't like a cheap store they think it's because I think I'm better than that store/the people who shop there, and that's not true I just don't like that style.
My question is, how come it is okay for people to insult designer brands and not okay to insult cheaper brands?3 AnswersFashion & Accessories7 years ago
