I bought a Kindle Fire package from QVC which included a voucher for a case from a company called Caseable.com.
When I went to the Caseable website to get my case, it said the voucher was invalid. I rang QVC customer care and they said first to ring Caseable and complain, which I did. When no joy back on to QVC who said ring Amazon, which I did, very helpful but couldn't do anything.
Surely its up to QVC to sort my problem out, instead of me having to ring all these third parties?
Any legal help would be great as to where I stand and what to do next.
