• Should I risk putting 36 volts to a motor made for 24 volts?

Im building an ebike. My motor is rated for 24 volts, but once my top charge is gone, it dont give enough power, even tho I still have 24 volts. I think with 36 volts I will always have plenty of power and with the rheostat throttle I wont burn up my motor.

  • If I have advertisment links on my website can I be sued for having songs by original artists on it?

To my understanding after a song is 20 years old it belongs to public domain and can be used. But I don't know for sure. I want to have novelty (funny) songs on it. Like "Hot Rod Lincoln" and Alice's Restruant . I need some guide lines.

  • Portfolio gaining >20% per yr. Should I be a discretionary broker?

I would like to start a website where people can invest in my portfolio making me a discretionary broker. Is this a good idea? What are the legal implications? What should I know to get started if at all? Though Im doin well without it I think this idea would give me liquidity and leverage, as well as a percentage of my clients gains.
