So pretty much I don't have a problem in missing food I eat super clean after loosing weight consisted of few cals no dairy or cheese ,starch ,fats or sugar but started eating just low carb ..in normal portions maintaining with no exercise but last week I was totally stressed and consumed more food than nessesary out of pure boredom and just trying online healthy recipes after already eating excessive cals..eating way more cals than my body needs for a week and a half.One of the days consisted of massive protein bars and even ate an entire almond butter on another. I didn't even consume starch or sugar on any of the days though (unless you wanna include the 1g sugar dressings i indulged in) so the binge could've been worse. lots of almond and coconut flour flax meal, peaches, pineapples,sausage bacon,big salads with massive ranch/blue cheese and things like that..just eating the entire day.I don't miss stuffing my body but the gain is so high and just observing today,my legs, arms and stomach all look so fat my stomach is even sore! so happy to leave that behind me can't believe I even let it go on that long but the scale shot up from it friggin 15 pounds and it's like really discouraging did I really gain fat from that? In my arms stomach and legs !?
