  • Do any of you great chefs out there have a recipe that includes Jellyfish?

    10,000 "Moon Jellies" (a common breed of Jellyfish with a mild if any sting) have washed up on Ocean Beach in San Francisco. While I have never seen Jellyfish as the secret ingredient on "Iron Chef", could you possibly incorporate a Jellyfish into let's say, a fish stock with wine (Fumet de Poisson au Vin Rouge") or a Cioppino? Or are they too toxic and/or inedible to eat? 10 points for best answer!

    I have a stuffing recipe that calls for the mixture to be "wet" prior to stuffing the bird or going into the oven. How wet is too wet or not wet enough? Should it be moist or soupy?

  • Need to cook a small rack of lamb.?

    I have a small rack of lamb (six ribs) in the freezer and would like to cook it this week. I love to cook and am handy in the kitchen, but have little experience cooking lamb. I am looking for a recipe that maybe has a south west kind of flavor but any type of cooking style or method would be appreciated. 10 points for the best answer, I promise!
