I have been under alot of stress lately and I'm actually starting to feel ill. I play games to coupe with my stress but it's not working anymore. I work at a jail, handle idiots for 12 hours a day pretty much, work a good bit of OT, I also work at night. Now I have certain other things going on as well outside of work. I smoke a pack a day and I don't eat much, but it's all catching up to me. I just need to know how to handle this and what I can do to help keep the stress level down.
