Me and my partner, we assemble in ground basketball hoops for peoples yards. The process usually takes several days. First you dig a 4 foot hole, and then pour cement in the hole, then install the anchor, and then wait a couple of days for the cement to dry up before we put up the basketball hoop. During the process we measured the anchor several times with a level to ensure that it was straight before leaving. We even let him take a look at it before we left. A few hours later he called our boss (my dad) and starts telling them how the anchor was crooked and how he thought we were on drugs or something. Not only did we work very hard but it was also very hot and humid outside with the sun beaming directly at us. What would you do in this situation?
