Here's my diet. I get up in the mornings have two cups of coffee and some kind of healthy bowl of cereal. Then around noon/12:30 I have a ham and or ham and roast beef sandwich on whole wheat bread with some pretzels. Then at 3:30 in preparation for my 5:15 workout I have 2 more cups of coffee and either a protein bar or bagel which I eat plain but I nuke it in the microwave for 20 seconds. Then dinner is usually the same things. I typically eat jasmine rice and salmon 4 times because i'm a bachelor it's easy to make and I know where to find it in the supermarket as well as some kind of frozen vegetable. Other dinners include spaghetti with either shrimp or scallops, sometimes i'll have hamburgers. Weekends my eating doesn't change that much because on Saturday i'll get up eat cereal and then do a boxing workout and then sometimes later i'll go out with a friend that night or if I am dating someone, take her out and have dinner. The on Sunday i'll loosen up my diet a little bit more. Because I have more time in the morning i'll make some eggs, toast, and if I have bacon i'll cook that up. Then my usual ham sandwich for lunch and protein bar or bagel before my workout but then for dinner i'll have pizza or something a little more decadent.
