What can I do to work faster through my pain? I have tried everything over the counter for my pain and nothing is working. I went to the doctor and because there is no injuries they just tell me to take advil or aleve.

So as a last resort I was given sleeping pills and they worked swimmingly. Only downside is they make me drowsy the next day so I have to consume caffeine to perk up and then I need the sleeping pills at night to counteract the caffeine and the cycle keeps on repeating itself. But keep in mind until I started sleeping pills I have never consumed caffeine.

    Monday, Wednesday, and Friday I do full body workouts with really heavy weights and my diet looks like this: Breakfast is an egg white scramble with 5 egg whites, ham, potatoes, and cheddar cheese with fat free milk and a quart of water. Lunch is a ham and roast beef sandwich on whole wheat bread and a diet coke. Dinner is 8 oz chicken breast, grilled potatoes, broccoli, and fat free milk. And my snack consists of a can of black olives and a quart of water. Tuesday is boxing and I eat 2 eggs, oatmeal, whole wheat toast, grapefruit, and a quart of water. Lunch is turkey and rice with yams and a diet coke. Dinner is spaghetti and meatballs with fat free milk and garlic bread. And my snack is a protein bar with a quart of water. And lastly Thursday is my sumo workout. I am not a sumo wrestler but do a sumo workout because the workout is super intense. I also do the same routine as them. I wake up at 5 in the morning. skip breakfast 5 hours of sumo practice. They eat chankonabe but I don't like it so I go to the Vietnamese restaurant around the corner from my house and steamed vegetable spring rolls and an extra large Pho which is either beef, chicken, or seafood with diet coke. After that I take a nap and later I have dinner which is salmon with noodles and corn and fat free milk.

    I used to drink one a day now I drink 3-4 depending if I have breakfast. I have tried quitting several times but failed each time. I already drink a gallon of water a day and don't want to replace diet soda with more water. I have tried substitutes but all I felt was deprived.

My first bout was when I was 16. I had all 4 wisdom teeth removed at the same time and was given morphine in the hospital and percocet for when I was home. No issues with either. Then when I was about 21 I had a severe cold and the gave me codeine for my cough. Once again no issues. Then about 6 months ago I hurt my back shoveling snow and was prescribed Oxycontin. And again no high, no addiction. So help me understand it.

Then between 8-10pm i'll ice and heat my knees, work on my novel, and watch tv. Then at 10pm i'll take an ambien, have a snack which consists of popcorn and a diet coke and then fall asleep at around 11:00pm. PS. I have a diet coke at night because the caffeine helps the ambien kick in faster.

Dinner I normally have chicken with some kind of starch and vegetable and I get around 70 grams of protein. For lunch I do a sandwich with some chips and I only get 30 grams from that. So how can I get more protein in my lunch? I know you already think I am getting enough protein but I don't feel like its enough for how much physical activity I do.

    3 times a week I will wake up at 5:30, stretch, walk to the gym, do a mile on the treadmill with a 15 incline, train to failure on every machine, walk back home, hit a tire with a sludge hammer 50 times, and then top it off with a 30 minute heavy bag workout. Also the total number of miles is walked is 7.
