    I wake up at 5 in the morning walk 6 miles, come home and do my boxing workout. Then at 7am i'll make myself breakfast which consists of 2 scrambled eggs with jalapenos, a cup of cheerios and a glass of fat free milk and a quart of water. Then at 9am I have a mid morning snack of 2 granola bars and another quart of water. At 10am I arrive to work as a janitor at a local supermarket. My lunch is at 2pm and it consists of 4oz of salmon a cup of rice and some kind of veggie, and a diet coke. I get off work at 6pm and have dinner around 7pm which consists of 6oz of chicken breast, a cup of pasta, some kind of vegetable and 12oz fat free milk. Then between 8-10pm i'll ice and heat my knees, work on my novel, and watch tv. Then at 10pm i'll take an ambien, have a snack which consists of popcorn and a diet coke and then fall asleep at around 11:00pm. PS. I have a diet coke at night because the caffeine helps the ambien kick in faster.

    3 times a week I will wake up at 5:30, stretch, walk to the gym, do a mile on the treadmill with a 15 incline, train to failure on every machine, walk back home, hit a tire with a sludge hammer 50 times, and then top it off with a 30 minute heavy bag workout. Also the total number of miles is walked is 7.

But I want you to take into consideration that before breakfast I will be walking 7 miles and doing heavy weight training and in between breakfast and dinner I will be working 7 hours as a janitor which is very labor intensive. So will I be able to work off my terrible eating. Also there will be a 12 hour gap in between breakfast and dinner so I will be hungry for it

    10 years ago I dominated high school and everyone thought (including me) I would be a lawyer or therapist or doing something important.with my life. Fast forward 2 months I start college and make the deans list with perfect grades my first semester. But somewhere between my first and second semester the pressure finally got to me and I cracked. I fell into a deep depression failed my classes the second semester and I dropped out. Because of that the only jobs I could get were the ones you needed no skill to do so I did a six year stint as a shoe salesman.But then the store closed and the only job I could get is my current job as a glorified janitor for the supermarket in my town and everyone and their mother from my town shops there and every day I see people I graduated with and every time they see me they give a WTF look or a look of pity because they know I should have been someone by now. How can I cope with that and the shame it brings along?

Hell I even tried Valium a friend gave to me and it didn't help. I know you are all going to say don't keep junk food in the house but the problem is within a mile radius there is 5 convenience stores, 3 pizza places, 2 diners, 3 bakeries, 2 bars that sell food, a Portuguese place with giant lunch specials for 6 bucks, 1 fried chicken place, and 2 Chinese restaurants so even if I don't have it in the house, it's all to easy to access.
