Almost every track star was either born or reside in Florida.. For example.. Marvin Bracy, Chris Rainey, Percy Harvin, Trayvon Bromell, Jeffrey Demos, etc.. Even a friend of mine who was from Florida ran a 11.3 as a high school freshman.. Why are they so damn fast??2 AnswersRunning5 years ago
I have always been the fastest of my friends.. But when I Joined the track team for the first time, my time was very slow.. I ran 13.03 in the 100m.. i can say that I have improved over the season because I was on the 4x100 C-Team to 4x100 B-team.. But idk wat my 100m time is now but im sure its between 12.0-12.5 now in a single season.. but do u think i still have the chances of training myself to become a world class sprinter?1 AnswerRunning6 years ago

My Friend Josh is one of the fastest people at my school and he is considered to be the fastest in 9th grade. They say his 40 is a 4.4-4.5 and his 100 meters is a 10.69 unofficial. On the other hand I run between a 4.5-4.6 making me on the top 5 list, but I want to be the fastest in 9th grade. Can someone plz give me advice on how to make me run faster then him.1 AnswerRunning7 years ago
