Several years ago, I had a mid-life career crisis. I was then hired by a small bank in a neighboring county. I think the bank President had early onset Alzheimer's. Some days, he wasn't too lucid.
He brought me on as a Relationship Manager, but gave me no instructions, guidance or similar. There were actually days he didn't even speak to me. I took initiatives on my own to stay busy.
After a few months, I could see this was a disaster. The President was then forced to retire. I began reporting to his prick-of-a-dick boss who hated me from the get go. We never respected one another and after three weeks, he suggested I resign and paid me two months wages. I gladly agreed.
Now it's been three years, I am wondering if I should even mention it on my resume. I have a wealth of other experience, so it's not going to necessarily reflect poorly if omitted.
