    Hey you guys. There's this thing called pedal something where you step on someone's balls and you slowly smash them like your accelerating a cars pedal. I think you hold their legs while you do it please help.

  • Face Washing Help.?

    hello everyone.

    i have a few questions that will only take a monment of your time.

    so i used to wash my face with Dove men care deep clean bar soap morning and night with a face pad that has one softer side and one scratcher side.

    in the morning i would use the scratcher side and at night i would use the softer one. the foamyness of the dove really makes face feel clean.

    i would also use warm water before applying the soap and cold to rise off.

    now i have St. Ives apricot scrub that feels really scratchy and does not foam up. i tried using my face pad wong with it (scratcher side) and it felt unpleasent as if i was scratching my face off. also it says for best results to only use 3 to 4 times per week.

    so my questions for y'all are.

    1. since it is 3-4 times per week do i apply it morning and night of those times per week? or can i using it in the morning or night along with my dove bar soap.

    2. i also want to know if i can use my softer side with the St. Ives. or if i should just use my fingers.

    3. the St. Ives also says to just moisten the skin so should i still use warm water before and cold after? or will it not make a difference.

    4. would mixing the dove and St. Ives be terrible for my skin? the St. Ives is natural and the dove is not strong and has moisterizing cream in it so i wouldnt think so?

  • i need help with protein intake?

    alright so i read online for constantly growing mucles you need to consme 1.5 times your body weight. 2-3 times for body builders but im not trying to look like hulk per say, more like captain america, you know in shape. i also read online that beans and nuts are very good natural protein remedies. another thing i read online is that a cup of pinto beans has 41 grams of protein! i was pretty shocked by how much it had because i dont really want to constantly continue buying protein shakes or protein bars. now what i want to do is just eat alot of beans per day to meet my weight requirement for constantly growing mucles. so what i am really asking are a few questions:

    1. would all my protein intake from the same source be the slightest bit unhealthy?

    2. what other benifits would mass consumption of beans offer me? ex. carrots are good for eyes

    3.does the human body need protein to rebuild muscles from different sources or does it just need protein?

    alright i come before you today so that you can help me find my index finger ring size. i have already looked at several different ring sizer charts andi remain very confused.

    my index(pointer) finger is 2.65 inches, 6.7cm, and 67mm around

  • mental stability help!?

    hello everybody,

    im currently an adolesent and i fully understand the whole emotions are unpredictable thing, but i really need help stabalizing them. some mornings i wake up feeling very optimistic and others days i wake up feeling very desolate. i find this very annoying because depending on how i wake up that morning will affect my entire day/thinking mindset etc.. i think it is dopemine or seretonoin that help to make oneself feel happy. so what im asking today is if anybody can help me find out ways to feeling optimistic every morning or increaseing seretonin/dopemine levels so i can feel happy and help people
