    I've been to Boston before on a quick trip and have been to the touristy places like the freedom trail and such and am not too interested in doing it again - too many tourists, although I guess I was one of them :). I was wondering what there is to do around Boston (am going to be there for a conference) for a couple of days that a local would know. Any cool hikes in the area or things to do that aren't touristy? I don't know, bungee jumping off a bridge. Some cool things to do... Thanks!

    Specifically, looking at [Ru(bpy)3]2+, does the bidentate ligand have to do with its multiple peaks or is the Ru getting oxidized more than once?
