  • EEOC investigator wants to ?

My eeoc investigator wants to meet with people close to me as witnesses, I lost a lot of weight and was in a condition that got worse. He also wants a medical release form for the time it happened. It’s for mental health discrimination. My employer took negative action against me for my condition and I got worse. This is all happening really fast, I only filed a charge two months ago. He said also once he walked around the facility and interviewed people involved that I should probably not contact those people again. Like I said my case is moving really fast. Is that a good sign?

  • Why does the eeoc get angry?

I met with the investigator after they did an on-site inspection and met with witnesses. He said when he met with me “I would not contact them again” and looked very very angry. I’m not sure if that is good or bad... what do you think

  • After I filed an eeoc complaint?

After I filed an eeoc complaint, the supervisors and managers knew I filed I an eeoc complain, and took negative action against me. They were all very aware of my complaint. What will the eeoc do now? I let them know and called retaliation.

  • Employer took me off the schedule?

My employer took me off the schedule because it appeared as if I needed to get professional medical health and refuses to return me to work. I was having anxiety and depression and she forced me off the schedule so I could go get professional health. Can they do that? I could perform my job function and was fine. But they took me off the schedule for the whole month....?
