Does anyone have any experience of a tesco sim card working in an O2 locked phone? If so please say whether you tried it on the UK or Irish networks :)2 AnswersMobile Phones & Plans9 years ago
I keep getting a pop up warning on my desktop that reads:
"Windows Mail can compact the message store. This may take up to a few minutes."
I can click OK or CANCEL.
I've googled this and have seen that this is a normal warning for people using Windows Mail on Vista, however, I am running Windows 7 and have never once used Windows Mail. I have run a full scan of my computer with Macafee which did not find any issues.
Does anyone have any experience of this? Can you offer some advice?3 AnswersSecurity10 years ago

Had an argument about this earlier.
Basically, it doesn't matter to me but the person I was arguing with insisted it is extremely important in relation to table manners and people will judge you and look down on you depending on how you hold cutlery. I'm all for basic table manners and being polite and all but this is going to extremes I think!
I'm aware of traditions in different countries and here in Ireland anyway the 'proper' way is knife in the right hand, fork in the left. I'm pretty sure this is the same in most cultures that use cutlery everyday.
I am right handed and find this uncomfortable and so I hold my fork in my right hand.
No big deal right? Not to me anyway.
So what I'd like to find out is the following:
A) How you actually hold a fork (not how you 'should'),
B) Where you are from and,
C) Whether you are right or left handed.
To make it easier to draw results, just follow my example:
Fork: Right Hand
Hopefully plenty of people will see this and answer

I know this sounds stupid and ignorant but please try to give a good answer.
Since the world is in financial meltdown, what would happen if we were to print more money to give to people?
Humans invented the concept of money, its not a naturally occuring thing so therefore why can't we just make more of it when there's a shortage?

I have a Trek 3500 bike and I was wondering if anyone else has had problems with the rear derailleur of the bike?
Apparently its a '050' - thats all the info given on the mechanism itself. It has a different cable shifter to any other derailleur I have ever seen and its mot even on the Shimano website.
Any help, comments, advice would be greatly appreciated.2 AnswersCycling1 decade ago

I was eating a nutella sandwich when I realised that the chocolate had pretty much ended up all over my face. There was nobody around ath the time, except the dog, who was staring at me.
This made me think, if a human was looking at me, they'd probably find it quite funny - so would the dog find this humorous in his head?
I'm not looking for a comparison between a dog and a humans sense of humour, I'm just asking if you think a dog can actually find things 'funny' - if so, how do they show it?7 AnswersDogs1 decade ago
Next week i'm minding somebody's rotweiller dog, are they really as dangerous as they're made out to be?
I was very nervous at first when i heard what type of dog it will be, but after further research I have found out that they are in fact feared due to basically bad press!
Do you have or know anyone who has one of these dogs?10 AnswersDogs1 decade ago
