McCain has made a big deal about opposing earmark spending. The bail-out bill-includes, "$195M in tax cuts to Puerto Rican rum makers, millions to makers of children’s wooden toys, race track makers, and wool fibers"
His vote won't have made a different as the bill passed 75-25.
