When I was in middle school, I was bullied a lot and none of the teachers ever believed me or even attempted to do anything. Fast forward a few years, and one of my sisters is going through the same thing. The bullying caused her to developed bad anxiety which wouldn't allow her to even go to school for a while. The bullies were children of the school staff, and the principal and the district never did anything to the bullies (didn't even make them apologize) and they tried to get my mom to move my sister out of the school and sweep it under the rug. Now, last week my brother ended up getting in trouble for "getting into a fight" with another kid. What ended up happening is that the kid was pushing and shoving my brother and he yelled at the kid, telling him he was going to punch him. My brother was the only one who got in trouble and the teachers and staff refused to even ask the rest of the kids who witnessed the incident what had happened. My brother did not touch the kid, and was basically defending himself. This school has always pushed all my siblings aside and we're only evern taking fault for things that we didn't do, but no one else gets in trouble or even talked to. Is this a reason for me to be able to sue?
