  • How can I generate more revenue with my Coin Op Laundromat?

What are some ways to generate more revenue with a coin op laundromat?

(That don't involve raising prices of machines and hiring employees)

I was thinking about letting someone run their wash and fold business out of extra space I have on the condition they use my machines for the clothes. I have added an ATM recently. Thinking about adding a vending machine. Any creative ideas are welcome.

  • Which laminar flow hood would you get?

I am using this for mycology purposes. I like the idea of the second one because it is more shallow, so I wouldn't need as deep of a desk, but I don't know if that means less quality flow hood. These are my ideal choices because they are within my price range.

  • What do I do if I have not receive my security deposit back in time?

I vacated my old house the last day of May. From my understanding, in California the landlord legally has 21 days to give the security deposit back(less any for damages). The landlord and I did a walkthrough my last day there and agreed he d only take around $150-$200 out of my $4k security deposit. On Friday (June 21st), I did not see it in my mail, so I emailed my former landlord. He responded saying he will mail in the morning(Saturday I assume). Now it is June 25th and I still have not received it. Is there anything I can do besides demand it back? I know he s supposed to return it within 21 days, but what if he doesn t?

  • How does small claims court work?

Do you need an attorney for small claims court?

What happens if I go to small claims court against my landlord and I lose?

Do I end up having to pay his lawyer fees? I have a mold problem my landlord is not addressing. I have asthma so am extra sensitive to bad air quality.

Can I sue my landlord over something like this? They are aware there is mold. I have emails from the plumber of them telling the plumber not to talk to us tenants (they did not want him to tell us about the mold).

  • What happens if I break my rental lease early?

If I break my rental lease early and I or my landlord decides to sue the other does it go to small claims court or?

I am trying to break my lease because a plumber came to fix a toilet and said it had been leaking behind the wall since an illegal fitting was put in(at least a year ago), so the insulation was black and moldy.

    Is this black mold?

I had a leak behind my toilet (according to the plumber it has been leaking for at least a year since I have lived there that long and nobody has worked on the toilet before). In the picture it looks like the insulation is black. My landlords are ***** and made me pay for half a toilet repair that the plumber even told me the toilet problem was due to having out-dated toilets and not me.

  • Is black mold bad for you if it is in your walls?

I rent a house and a plumber came to fix the toilet and there had been a leak from using a wrong piece meant for outside irrigation plumbing, so it has been leaking water there at least a year.

He and I found the insulation in the wall was black and there is black mold in the wall. I live in California

  • Water heater and gas tanks around in garage?

I have an older water heater in my garage I am planning to change out for a newer one. I blow glass art in my garage so I have big tanks of gas and oxygen in my garage. I am cautious and test for leaks on the tanks, but I always think what if somehow a tank leaked and I know gas is more dense than air so it sinks to the floor(where the pilot light is on my current water heater). I always have to turn it off when Im working just to be safe. Is there anyway to prevent an accident from happening if somehow a tank did in fact start leaking gas? are there certain water heaters that I could get?

  • Hemp-derived CBD and federal law?

Is CBD legal or illegal? I see websites that sell CBD derived from hemp. I wanted to start my own CBD company and sell in all states like these sites do, but it seems like its illegal.

How do these companies get away with selling it across state lines then?

  • What illness do I most likely have?

So last week (Wednesday) I ate some combination pizza from this store and an hour or two later I felt sick and threw up. The next day I had cereal for breakfast and then later ate some fruit and threw up that.

I thought I had gotten food poisoning, but Friday I felt fatigued sick.

Now I don t really feel sick at all, but my throat hurts when I swallow. Like not dry itchy type of soar throat, but like it is a bit of a struggle to swallow.

  • How do I get out of my lease?

I am renting a warehouse right now and have 4 more months left on the lease.

My landlord has tried to screw me out of money. We share the same electrical line as the neighboring massage parlor(which is really just a brothel, you see johns line up at night). In the lease it says I am to pay a flat rate of $250/month.

The landlord tried to tell me one day I owed him $3400 for PGE. He showed me old PGE bills from before we moved in of $600/month. Then he showed me bills after we moved in of $850-$900/month(so it would only make sense for us to pay the difference right?). He tried to say half the $600 is mine($300) and then I was to also pay the additional increase.

He then said the last PGE bill was for $2200, then he corrected himself and said it was $1600. Later he sent me a picture of a payment to PGE of $1600, but later I eventually got the history of the PGE bills and the bill was not $1600 it was $800. He paid $1600 because he was late on payment from the previous month.

Here is his text verbatim below:

"As you know you have not been paying for any PGE bill since you moved in. Our bill in the past few months was around $600 and $300 will be yours. However this month the bill jumped up to $2200.

So your share this month is $1900. Maybe your printing equipment uses a lot of power.

Kindly drop off $1500 for the last 5 months and $1900 for November at my office on Monday. Total $3400. Thx"

As you can see he forgot in the lease I pay $250 flat rate for PGE.

  • What CC dirt bike should I get?

I have been riding a sports bike (09 Yamaha R6). It got stolen and I really want a BMW S1000RR, but i won't have enough money for a while.

So in the mean time, I want to get a street legal dirt bike, so I can go ride off road and on streets around town. I've only ridden a 125CC dirt bike before and know that would definitely not be enough power for me.

I was thinking maybe a 250 or more. I'm not too familiar with dirt bikes, but it was fun riding off roads and it'd help me get way less speeding tickets.

  • Best affordable way to cool a 1,500square foot warehouse?

I have a 1,500square foot warehouse that does not have A/C. The outside temperature gets up to 95F some days. The inside of the warehouse gets up to 85F. What is the cheapest way to cool the whole place? I am not in a financial position to get a large A/C installed. Only cheap A/C's, but would they work well enough to cool the whole warehouse or how many would I need?

  • How to handle a threesome with two girls?

So I met this girl on tinder and we've been talking for a few weeks now. The second night i was with her and her roommate we all rolled and all started making out with each other. I only had sex with the main girl i went to meet though. I've since been talking to the girl and she said she wanted to share that experience with me, just not with her roommate because her roommate is like her sister to her and its weird.

I've never had a threesome before, but I want to knock this off the bucket list and I want to perform. I need some serious advice or tips please.
