  • Can somebody help me with these 2 sentences?

    Hey everybody,

I am having some issues with these 2 sentences. As a non-native English speaker, I can´t seem whether these sentences are grammatically correct.

    1) "he holds his years at UCLA dear." Should it be dear or dearly?

    2) "to bestow his knowledge upon the crowd."

If you have other suggestions don't hesitate to share them.

    Thank you very much!

Does anybody have a synonym for "years of work"?

The sentence I am trying to write is like this.

    Thank you!
