  • On the harcombe diet and weight loss stopped!?

    I did phase one of the Harcombe diet and lost 10/11 lbs in 7 days which was great. I carried on to phase 2 and the second I added the teeniest bit of fruit (ie about 10 raspberries) and a very small piece of wholewheat bread my weightloss has stopped. So I have gone back to eating what I did in phase one but still no difference and I have been very strict!

    Anyone tried the Harcombe diet that can advise please?
