• How can Turkey become a member of the EU without the reunification of Cyprus?

    Only Turkey recognises Northern Cyprus but the EU regards the whole of the island of Cyprus as part of the EU. The reunification of Cyprus seems very unlikely and without it how can Turkey join the EU?
