A few years ago I injured my left shoulder pressing too much weight over head. I gave it months to recover. Since than my shoulder pops when performing lateral raises, but no pain. I do have muscle imbalances with my Rotator Cuffs, Rear Delts, Traps, and Clavicular Pectorals being the weaker parts in the chain. Or could it be because my Lateral Delts are also too weak? I've been doing my best to strengthen these areas, but it's been acouple years of this now. Should shoulder rehab be years long if the injury doesn't even cause pain? Help me!
