  • Why won't my laptop let me copy and paste all of a sudden?

My HP laptop isn't letting me copy and paste. It will let me copy and paste with words, just not images. Why is this? And when I tried to update Google Earth, it said my security settings wouldn't let me, but I already have Google Earth and I haven't changed my security settings. This just started today. What's the problem?

  • Will my Favorites be safe when I replace the battery?

This may be a stupid question, but will my Favorites on my HP laptop still be there when I replace the battery? Replacing the battery won't erase them?

  • Would it be fine to use "British accents" when referring to every accent in the UK as a whole?

Okay, so I know that technically there is no such thing as a "British accent". But would it be appropriate or okay if when you referred to every accent that is in the UK, as a whole, as "British accents"? One last question: even though each country in the UK has its own different accent, couldn't you still also call it a "British" accent, since it is technically one of the many?

  • So with this new Yahoo! Answers, did they remove the Starred Questions?

Mixed feelings about Y!A's new layout, but I guess it won't bother me because I'm rarely on here, but where are my Starred Questions? Or is that a feature that was removed? I liked my SQs, and would like to have them back, or is that even possible?

  • What does "Welch" mean?

I've tried to look it up, but all I've gotten in return is "Welsh". Are they the same thing or not? I know what Welsh means, but I've heard people say they are of "Welch" origin. Over the computer, so I could read which they used. Is Welch the same thing as Welsh, or is it entirely different?

  • What is wrong with my prepaid Visa?

I recently got a prepaid Visa from Walmart and it had $50 on it. After a few purchases, it went to $12. Everything else is fine, but four orders says the payment was declined. Why is that? There's still money on the card, and I checked and everything was correct. What's wrong with my card?

  • Most whacks that was taken to behead someone?

I read somewhere about the most whacks a person had to have in order to be executed. Meaning that instead of one hit, he had to be hit several times before he was actually decapitated. Does anyone know who this was? I can't remember.

  • What is the name of this WWII children's book?

When I was in the 8th grade, our English teacher showed us this book about Nazis. We were studying the Holocaust. It had animals as the main characters instead of humans, I think it was a rabbit in a forest. It said that the "bad things" would come and take his friends and family over time, until he was the only one left.

Does anybody know the name of this WWII children's book? I'm sure it has pictures, and I can't remember the name for the life of me.

  • What is the name of this movie?

I saw a movie cover that was blue, and it had a face of a woman on it. Her eyes were red and she looked to almost be crying (I think). That's all I remember. Does anyone know what this is called? I think it had something to do with a police case, but I don't remember.

  • Kindle Purchase Help?

I just bought a book over the Kindle, and it hasn't been added to my "Home" screen yet. It said that it would appear when it's finished downloading. The "View Downloading Items" words is not in the same color as the other options, and I can't even click it. Does this mean the book is being downloaded and will appear soon? Sorry if my question sounds stupid or ignorant, I haven't bought anything over my Kindle since I first got it a year or two ago!

  • Rome television series question?

I've been looking through episodes, and I came across two things: Greek god names. Since they are Roman, shouldn't they be worshipping the Roman gods, and not the Greeks---counterparts or not? Like how episode two of season two is titled "Son of Hades", and though I haven't watched it, I'm positive Hades is Greek. If it was Roman, which they are, it should be Pluto.

And I can swear I saw Nemesis and Tyche mentioned on the Quotes section of IMDb, two Greek goddesses. So out of curiosity, in the show Rome, do they worship the Greek or Roman gods? Since they are Romans, it would only make sense if they worshipped those deities. But so far I've only seen Greek names.

  • How to get old iTunes back?

I downloaded, by mistake, the new iTunes (iTunes 11). I hate it. No, I loathe it. I want the old one back, I think it is 10.7. I hate how everything is set, I hate the new icon, I hate everything on it. I've been trying to download iTunes 10.7 but it says I need to download an installer. Called "64 Windows" I think. How do I get my old iTunes back?

  • What is the point of the bull skull in Bereavement?

I've only watched Bereavement just recently, and I loved it, but I don't understand the bull. First, the psychotic killer talks to and argues with it, then he tells Martin (when he tries to escape) that he is lucky he got there in time - like the bull (the one in costume that Allison knocks over in the end) would kill Martin for leaving. Then when he destroys the skull, after jerking it off the wall, it creepily appears back on the wall in one piece. Also, is the shadow the killer talks to also the bull? Does he worship it like a god or some supernatural force?

What I got from it was that the bull skull wasn't just an ordinary bull skull. Like when it reappears on the wall, but yet still in pieces on the floor, by itself. It seemed like it had an unholy control over the guy. Was the bull a demon? He keeps talking about "making things right" and acting like he owes the bull skull and that it is "forcing" him to kill all those women. How at the end when Allison asks Martin if that's what he is afraid of (the bull), and knocks it over and says it's nothing, Martin looks shocked. What was the point of the shadowy figure? Who was he? Do you think he was plagued by demons?

Sorry for the long post, but I think I'll understand it much more if I understood the bull skull's purpose, the shadow figure's purpose, and the fear they both seem to hold over the killer.

  • What is a Kindle password?

Is it a person's Amazon.com password? If so, it isn't letting me in. But I also do not have WiFi at my house, therefore can't be used here, so I'm not worried about that part. But what is a Kindle password?

I hear there were nine Crusades in total, but there were only four "main" ones. How many years did the first four, "the main ones", last? Also, were there really nine Crusades? Or were there more or less?
