My resting heart rate usually lies around 70bpm, but it has been slightly higher lately (due to anxiety and exams?). It is now around 80 or slightly higher. I don’t really do too much exercise but I’m not overweight. Is this ok? ☆ Sent from iOS Dr. Know! 1.1.03

  • How long does it take for pinched nerves to heal?

I assume I have pinched nerves as my neck, arms and back hurt slightly. It isn’t a constant pain, it just comes and goes during the day. As it isn’t severe, I haven’t gone to the doctor, so does anyone know how long it usually takes for pinched nerves to heal on their own? ☆ Sent from iOS Dr. Know! 1.1.03

For a few days I’ve been having recurring short, sharp pains in my arms and neck. They last for a few seconds and then I’m fine for a while. This morning and last night I’ve been having a slight pain in my neck and on and off numbness in my hands. • Worried about heart rate?

When I was in Thailand for holiday my heart rate was about 80bpm. This could have been because we did a lot of walking or the heat, I’m not sure. When I got back to england, I measured my heart rate a few weeks later and it was in the 60s/ low 70s. Is this normal? Is this too low? I wouldn’t say I’m very active. ☆ Sent from iOS Dr. Know! 1.1.03
