♫Stone Cold Crazy♫
As I sit here tonight the jukebox playing the tune about the wild side of life... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2eOx3MBUS6k
Would anyone care to disagree?
The album Rumours by Fleetwood Mac was made when the band was in intense relationship termoil, forcing each of the members to come up with some of the best material of their life.
The song "Dreams" contains the line "but listen carefully to the sound of your loneliness like a heartbeat drives you mad, in the stillness of remembering what you had and what you lost"
...which is basically a very eloquent way of saying f*** you...isn't that everything you've ever wanted to say to someone who's done you wrong?
Anybody have any breakup albums equivalent to the tragic Rumours?7 AnswersRock and Pop8 years ago

Do you know of any artists who changes their styles and were abandoned by their audiences?
Ricky Nelson, 50's rock and roller, tried his teenage idol hands at country, but was booed offstage at Madison Square Garden.
His song Garden Party resulted from that incident...anyone know of any other artists who had to deal with the fickle fan's ear?5 AnswersRock and Pop1 decade ago

I'm *hopefully* moving to San Francisco soonish, I went this summer and just fell in love with the city. I wouldn't mind residing there for the rest of my days.
I have a collection of 8 or 9 songs that I really love about San Francisco, what are some of your faves?12 AnswersRock and Pop1 decade ago
A little while ago, I was visiting a cemetery. I usually turn my car radio off when I first pull in, out of respect, but this time was different, I turned on the radio right when I pulled in. Led Zeppelin's "Your Time is Gonna Come" was playing, right at the part where it keeps repeating the title.
Yeah. If you don't think that was scary then you're crazy.
So, what song would you not want to encounter in a graveyard?24 AnswersRock and Pop1 decade ago
