I slipped on ice last night and hit the back of my head really hard on concrete and ice. (That spot in the back of the head just before it dips in a little and is just above your neck) I was told that my head bounced too right after I hit the ground.
There isnt a bump on my head, but when Im laying down on my back/side and I try to lift my head, I feel a straining feeling in my neck. Its like when youre doing several curl ups and you start to feel the pain in your neck from moving so much...its that kind of feeling.
It feels very sore and painful and when I try to move when Im laying down. Im positive its the result of me slipping and hitting my head. Is there a solution and will it go away with time?2 AnswersPain & Pain Management1 decade ago
