We have just paid the deposit for our honeymoon in March 2013. I am planning to change my name on my passport 3 months before the wedding so that I can travel in my married name. Therefore I have booked the flights and hotels under what will be my married name.
However now I am looking at travel insurance, as it is a very expensive holiday, so I want to make sure we are covered in advance. If I take out the insurance in my married name I don't know if I will be covered in advance and if I take it out in my current name I don;t know if I will be covered because the holiday is booked in my married name.

I jointly own a flat with my friend, we split the mortgage and the bills. We have Sky tv. As I am the main account holder Sky recently notified me by email that my flatmate had referred her boyfriend to Sky (using the account at our address) and that we would get £75 in Marks and Spencer vouchers as a reward. My friend hasn't told me about this, I only know from Sky. I assume she planned not to tell me and keep the full reward amount. As this is our joint Sky account of which I have been paying half for 2 years, do you think I am entitled to half the reward or do you think she should keep it all as it is her boyfriend signing up for a Sky account? Do you think I should approach her about this?1 AnswerFriends8 years ago
I have had two abnormal cervical smear test, 6 months apart, CIN1 (mild abnormalities) shown. I have just been to see a Consultant Gynaecologist. This Consultant has done a Colposcopy today and took a biopsy, which he said would take a few weeks to get the results. He said from the Colposcopy it looked like CIN1 - CIN2 and he thought I would need some treatment. I have looked into these options, I think there are about 6 options. Cone biopsy and Lletz scare me because they can affect whether you can get pregnant or increase your risk of having a premature baby. I am only 27 and want to have children in a couple of years. Does any one have experience of having these procedures and has then gone on to have children? Has any one had a different treatment they would recommend such as laser or freezing? Do you know why one treatment would be recommended over another?
Does anyone have any experience of this? Any reassurance or comments would be appreciated. I am very worried.2 AnswersWomen's Health1 decade ago
I am going to be driving from London to the South of France in June. I have comprehensive car insurance and standard breakdown cover for the UK. Do I need to get or pay for anything additional like extra insurance or extra breakdown cover or anything else? Are there any important differences when driving in France - I think they drive on the other side of the road? Or are there any different road laws there/things I need to get?4 AnswersInsurance & Registration1 decade ago
I am buying a flat in London. I just had a homebuy survey completed and it was recommended that I arrange for further inspection of the flat roof and there was some evidence of dampness in one of the bedrooms. Do you know whether I need to get in contact with a surveyor for an additional survey or someone who fixes roofs to ask them whether it needs any work?1 AnswerOther - Home & Garden1 decade ago
I am flying from London to Rio de Janeiro International Apt (GIG) arriving at 10.30am and later that day at 10.30pm I am flying to Manaus. I am just wondering whether anyone can tell me if there is luggage storage at the airport, so that I can go out for the day?4 AnswersRio de Janeiro1 decade ago

Is 2 days enough to visit the pantanal? I know it isn't a lot, but would it still be worth it, or would it make a big difference to extend it to 3 days?
Can anyone recommend a budget tour company? Can it be booked in advance or is it better to book in Brazil? Would it be possible to start the trip in Bonito and then finish in Campo Grande?3 AnswersOther - Brazil1 decade ago
I am going to Brazil with a friend for 3 weeks in May. We are on a budget, but are going to get an airpass for about 4 internal flights. We are planning to go to Manaus to trek in the rainforest for 4 days, the Pantanal for 2-3 days, Rio for 4-5 days and Iguazu Falls for 2 days. Where else would anyone recommend travelling to in Brazil?3 AnswersOther - Brazil1 decade ago
I am looking for a room in a shared house in London. There seems to be a lot of competition for the nice houses (around 20 people). Does anyone have any tips on how to make a good impression on housemates when viewing a house for the first time? What should you talk about and not talk about? And what questions are good to ask?4 AnswersOther - Home & Garden1 decade ago
I have been feeling exhausted for years and have had many tests which has shown my haemoglobin to be normal. It is now 14.2.
I just had a test, which also included my ferritin, which was 6.
What does this mean?
Could this cause any symptoms?
Will it require any treatment?2 AnswersOther - Diseases1 decade ago
