    Hi All a female Labrador age 14, off her food for a week and I called the Vet in? Vet diagnosed Osteoarthritis and started Labrador on Cartrophen? It is a injection, one injection a week for four weeks to complete the course and then a booster every six months. Cartrophen is a disease modifying drug for OA?   • EMG and NCV?

    NCV The pads were placed on my right foot, upper part. Another button shape thing was placed right where the ankle joins the leg and then he zapped me. The right foot reacted as expected but the big toe on my left foot jerked? I thought this odd. He then changed feet, repeated the test and I waited for the big toe right foot to jerk but nothing?     I have a persistently HIGH IgM at 13.70 low IgG at 6 and IgA at 1.50, this has been going on for six years now. I also have raised Alpha 2 Globulins. Can anyone tell me what is going on here?

  • Rheumatoid Factor Count!?

    I have just received my Labs back and my Rheumatoid Factor is STILL high at 77.2 IU/ml normal is between 0 - 12.5 Anyone know what the risks are from having a persisently HIGH Rheumatoid Factor Count, out side of the obvious Rheumatoid Arthritis!
