Lately I've been having issues with my internet where I can't load any websites or online applications despite my computer claiming that I have a strong connection. When I use Command Prompt to ping websites, I get 0% loss and normal ping. I've even used command prompt commands to flush dns, release/renew, and even reset my TCP/IP stacks but to no avail. This keeps happening on & off and it isn't an issue with my WiFi adaptor because I get this issue even if I use a portable USB adaptor that i use on my desktop. I ran virus scans and restarted computer/internet several times but this issue keeps happening randomly. It usually takes anywhere from 20 minutes to 3 hours before websites actually load while the entire time my computer doesn't show any problems with my connection and troubleshooting doesn't return any errors. OS: Windows 8.1 64-bit Wireless Adaptor: Intel Wireless-N 1030 (with updated drivers) Laptop model: Dell Inspiron N5110 PS Random tidbit: I could actually load up Steam chat and talk to people through the Steam client during this time, although nothing else would load.

Last night I noticed that when I was lying down the left side of my chest (the heart area) started hurting alot. I also got these peculiar sensations of almost little bubbles popping in my chest and it just ached alot. After a little while I also started feeling some aching in the left side of my neck and it was extremely uncomfortable. In the morning I looked online and it seemed like my symptoms fit pericarditis, meaning that I inflamed my pericardium. True to the listed symptoms, sitting up seems to alleviate my pain and when I try to take a deep breath my chest tightens. When I stand up and try to bend over I get this really tingly sensation in my chest that makes me a little scared to do it anymore. Is this a condition that will last a really long time and/or requires medical attention or will it gradually go away?

Now when I boot up the computer, it gets past the Dell logo screen and then it has the Windows 8 logo screen. After a few seconds it goes into the Blue Screen of Death and restarts my computer. The same thing happens over and over again: an infinite Blue Screen of Death loop. http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windo... I posted in the microsoft community forum but I'm expecting useless answers, because I installed Windows 8 after downloading the installer from online (provided by my school). I don't have a "Windows 8 DVD" so I'm stuck with a $800 paperweight which only serves to loop endlessly through the Blue Screen of Death. I've already run Diagnostics through the Dell Boot Menu and everything came out fine. Please help, I'm desperate!

Instead, it only works if I type in "start ipconfig". And even then, it carries out the process really quickly (a window pops up briefly, flashes text at like 238427349284 mph and then closes). I haven't, for the life of me, been able to fix this at all! I'm pretty sure it isn't a virus or anything, but it is driving me nuts! I can't do any processes to poke and prod my computer anymore, so I really need help in fixing this issue.

  • How do you turn off the computer message?

You know, when you use force shutdown on a PC (or the power runs out) and then it says "Do you want to run Windows normally?" when you turn it back on? How do you disable that? I mean, it's obvious that almost every time we want to run it normally unless we do something that REALLY wack up the comp. Thanks :D
