This all has yet to be prepared:
1) Lentil soup from scratch in pressure cooker.
2, Romaine salad with avocado, etc.
3 Oat Cakes. I usually eat a whole plate. Each batch contains an entire liquified bunch of parsley. (So if you believe in parsley for some reason, you are covered). Oats, of course. Buttermik (or water). Grated cheese of a variable amount. Spike of black pepper and nutmeg. Salt. I usually liquify some oats with the parsley to make the cakes stick together better. Then I bake them at 350 degrees.
Well, what about it? Anybody impressed with my menu.?
